Gibson Girl Wig/Wisps of hair easily fall out of the set hairdo making it look a little fuzzy. The Look is good but needs specail care to keep its shape

GIBSON GIRL WIGI was very happy with the quality of this wig. It is perfect for the period costume I had in mind.

I can't say enough good things about this wig!First of all, I bought this wig because I portray a woman from 1908 on a regular basis; at least 20-30 times a year and I recently decided to cut my hair short.

Wonderful Wig!I ordered this wig for The Importance of Being Earnest and it was wonderful. It held its shape during multiple hat changes during the entire run of the show. It fit very nicely, and along with a wig cap, you could not even see my own hair underneath. It held up so well (though I did take extremely good care of it) that my theatre used it in the very next show (A Christmas Carol). I am buying a blond version to wear for Little Women. I would recommend this wig to anyone.

Medium brown is really dark brown.....but this is a nice costume wig. It's quite large, but there is an elastic loop at the back that can be knotted to make it fit more snugly. If you plan to wear a hat with it, be prepared to find or make a large crown on your hat, as there is quite a lot of hair in this wig. The curls in the front can be worked back into the knot if you like. The picture shows the wig over the ears, but I think it would look unnatural like that.
