Our Hair Gurus are available to help you over the phone or via live chat Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM PST to 5:30 PM PST. All of our orders are also processed Monday - Friday only. Please note that our phone lines & shipping department are closed on Saturdays & Sundays. This does not affect orders that have already shipped. For any urgent issues that occur after business hours, contact us via email or leave us a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

DISCLAIMER: Any domestic package over $500 in product value will require a signature confirmation. We do this to ensure our customer's safety and deliver the packages successfully. If, for any reason, you cannot sign for the package upon the estimated delivery date, you may contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to schedule a pickup or reschedule a delivery date. Any packages rerouted back to us will incur extra shipping fees to have the package redelivered. Any orders canceled after being processed in our facilities will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

We are also not responsible for manufacturer-caused delays or shipping company-caused delays in delivering packages.


Coupon Code & Promotions

Only one code per order. It cannot be combined with any other promotional codes but can be combined with VIP rewards. No rainchecks. Non-transferable. Coupon codes and promotions can not be applied to previous orders. Coupon codes and promotional offers are only valid during the time frame indicated.


Returns & Exchanges

At, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back with the return/exchange form included on the backside of your invoice within 14 days of receipt. All orders should include a return form; if the return form is not present or has been discarded, you can print one here.

If a return form is not included with your return or no refund option is selected on the return form, we will automatically proceed with a refund back to your original payment method with a 15% restocking fee. (If the item is returned in poor condition, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.)

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt in new condition. Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, and be odor-free. Bellami, Bosley, Henry Margu, Naturally Yours, Mane Attraction, Louis Ferre, Milano Collection, TressAllure, costume wigs, all accessories, clearance sale items, wholesale orders, and price-matched items are FINAL SALE.*
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the return item cost only. Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Promotional items of the returned product must also be sent back; otherwise, the retail value will be charged.
  • Discounts from promotions and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Return Process

All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. Therefore, we have 2 refund options in place:

  • 100% Refund as store credit*. Store credit does not expire, and you may apply it to future purchases. Only a registered account is required. Our Hair Gurus can assist you in setting up an account if you don't have one. Please note that store credit is not refundable
  • Refund to the original payment method with a 15% restocking fee*. Every returned item is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs.

Once the item is received in our facility, allow up to 10-15 business days for an email confirmation of the refund status.

Please note: Any item returned in poor condition will be automatically subject to a 30% restocking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded back to the original payment method. No exchanges or store credit are allowed for items returned in poor condition.

Exchange Process

Free Ground Shipping for domestic exchange orders!*

Exchanges are ONLY VALID by placing a NEW order. You have 14 days from receipt to do so. See below for instructions:

  1. Call us at 888-727-9447 or place a new order online. Reference your order number in the comment area on the shipping/billing info page.
  2. We will waive the domestic ground shipping when we process the new order.
  3. An email confirmation will be sent to you once we receive your returned item.

Exchanges must be of equal or greater value. Coupon codes, promotions, or gift certificates are non-transferable to the new exchange order.

Color Ring Exchange Process

    1. Phone in your NEW order or place it online once you have selected your preferred color. Reference your original color ring order number during checkout. **
    2. We will waive the domestic ground shipping when we process the new order.
    3. Once we have received the color ring, you will be refunded the cost of the color ring only.

After we have received the exchange item/color ring, allow up to 10-15 business days for an email confirmation of the refund status.

*Items that do not meet these criteria will be subject to a 30% fee; the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Registered customers have the option of a 15% fee; however, the remaining amount will be refunded through store credit.

**All color rings are accessories; if no new wig or extension selection is chosen, the color ring will be a final sale.

***All wholesale orders are Final Sales and not returnable. Exceptions will be made for defective items. Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. All unauthorized wholesale returns will be refused or shipped back at your cost.


Order Status

For your convenience, we provide you with your order status notification during each step of order processing. In addition, after placing an order, automated email confirmations are sent to the email address provided. Please get in touch with us if you have not received email confirmations on the same day you placed your order.

As of July 10th, all credit/debit card orders will be charged as they are placed. In addition, the order will be charged the following business day if placed outside of business hours. If you have paid with PayPal, funds will be captured immediately.

For each process of your order, an automated email will be provided. You will receive shipping estimates and shipping confirmations with tracking information. In each automated confirmation email, you will receive a confirmation link. Your confirmation link can be accessed 24/7 and will have your order's current details and updates. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.

Tracking Number

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information. It will provide you with a link to follow your package's transit progress to its shipment destination. The tracking number will also show on the online order detail link you provided in your original email. You can also contact our customer service department.


International Orders

International Credit Card Verification

For international clients, please advise that we verify all international credit cards used, and international credit cards without support for electronic verification may incur an extra 3-5 business day verification delay.

To bypass this period and have your package shipped out efficiently, we recommend that you pay with Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can make one at

Country Customs & Duties Fees

Shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. We recommend contacting your local customs office to request the details of these charges. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Order Cancellations

As of July 10th, all order cancellations must be requested within 1 business day after placing the initial order. Order cancellations requested after 1 business day will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. To request an order cancellation, contact us.

Why do we charge a cancellation fee?

Although we stock thousands of different wigs, some items may need to be specially ordered from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. Our wig manufacturers do not allow us to return these items to them, so in effect, VogueWigs absorbs the total cost of the wig in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 10% cancellation fee.

Refused packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges. In addition, undeliverable packages will be subject to re-shipping costs.


Order Modifications

Orders already placed with previous promotions are not eligible for current promotions.


Out of Stock & Backordered Items

Out-of-stock occurs when a request for a specific item exceeds the available inventory from the manufacturer.

When an out-of-stock occurs on your order, we will automatically cancel+refund the out-of-stock item and ship out the remaining order. If the whole order is out-of-stock, the order will be canceled and refunded entirely.

Price Match

Yes! At, we pride ourselves on providing the best selection of wigs and our competitive prices. Thus, we will match the competitor's website price if you find any item at a lower price before your purchase or within 10 days of your purchase.

  • The competitor must be an authorized retailer advertising the identical product on a USA website. (We do not match email price quotes or print catalogs) We reserve the right to exclude specific sites from this program.
  • Price match requests for an item you have already purchased must be submitted within ten (10) days from the original date of purchase at
  • Since we only sell new, unopened items, we will not match competitors' clearance sales, special offers, coupon rebates, or prices on used/damaged/open-box items.
  • Price match does not apply to costume wigs or wig care accessories.
  • Price matches cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, etc.
  • All sales are final on price-matched items. No exchanges are allowed.

Damaged & Missing Items

Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example, missing items in your order) must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Contact Customer Care, and please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.

Any damages claimed after a month of receipt of the product are considered regular wear and tear.

Color Discrepancies

Vogue Wigs is not responsible for color recommendations made by representatives not meeting customer expectations. The description of a color is given as accurately as possible but IS subject to opinion person-to-person. For best results, purchase a color ring for the most accurate color choice before getting a wig.


Sales Tax

VogueWigs is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. The appropriate charges will be added to your order total and displayed on your final order confirmation. NOTE: All prices are in USD
