Review and Image Guidelines

When posting a picture, please consider the following guidelines:

• Pictures must be related to the product you are reviewing
• Pictures must be in BMP, PNG, GIF, or JPEG format and be in focus
• File size must be 5 MB or less
• Pictures must be at least 400 pixels tall by 400 pixels wide
• Objectionable pictures will be rejected along with their associated reviews
• By uploading any picture, you grant In Vogue Inc. a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicenseable, and transferable right and license to display your picture on In Vogue Inc.'s website and to use it in accordance with the Terms of Use
• All pictures are seen by our moderators and are subject to the terms set forth in our Terms of Use
• Be sure that your picture does not contain any visible logos, drawings, cartoons, photographs, pictures, phrases, or trademarks (other than those of In Vogue Inc.) or other content or materials that you do not own, or for which you have not secured all necessary rights
• Be sure you are the only person in the picture or that you have obtained all necessary permissions from any other individuals in the picture
• Do not submit any picture unless you have taken the picture yourself or have obtained the necessary rights from the person who took the picture

We reserve the right not to post or to withdraw your posted picture or video for any reason. Your picture or video will not be posted if it violates the guidelines provided, or if it contains any of the following types of content:

• Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
• Advertisements, "spam" content, or references to other products, offers, or websites
• Any content or materials which you do not own or for which you have not secured all necessary rights
• Email addresses, URLs (VogueWigs.com ok), phone numbers, physical addresses, or other forms of contact information
• Critical comments about other reviews posted on the page or their authors

Modification of Content

All Content that you submit is not confidential and may be used at In Vogue Inc.'s sole discretion. In Vogue Inc. may or may not pre-screen Content. However, In Vogue Inc. and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, change, condense or delete any Content on the Sites. In particular, In Vogue Inc. and its designees will have the right to remove any Content that In Vogue Inc. deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the Guidelines, or any other provision of these Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable. In Vogue Inc. does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through In Vogue Inc. to edit or delete any Content you have submitted. In Vogue Inc. reserves the right to incorporate any Content you have submitted into any account you may have, now or in the future, as a registered user of the Sites. In Vogue Inc. reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not In Vogue Inc., are responsible for the contents of any Content you submit. None of the Content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of In Vogue Inc., its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third-party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.
