The Serendipity by Hair Affair™ is a gorgeous medium length synthetic wig that features razored layers all over. The straight pieces in the front will allow it to move freely and frame the face beautifully. This wig is styled with a full bang that can be swept off to the side, or pulled forward for more coverage. The look and feel of the fibers won?t fade since it?s created with Faithful Fibers™. The lucky color shown on is Milk and Honey. This is a gorgeous medium blonde with striking highlights all over.
Hair Affair™ wigs feature an open wefted cap on the sides and back for breathable comfort. These wigs also have adjustable ear tabs,which allow you to wear sunglasses or reading glasses. Along the nape of the neck there are 2 Velcro straps, which allow you to control the size up or down 1/2 inch. After adjusting the wig to your size, you can comfortably and securely wear the wig out on the town. All Hair Affair™ wigs have brilliant colors that won?t fade and are complementary to a variety of skin tones.

Return Policy:
- Items must be sent back within 14 business days of receipt in new condition. Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, and be odor-free. Bellami, Bosley, Henry Margu, Louis Ferre, Milano Collection, costume wigs, costume accessories, wig accessories, clearance sale items, and price matched items are FINAL SALE.*
- The refund amount will be calculated based on return item cost only. For your convenience, return labels are included for domestic orders. A $14 deduction will be made from any refund to the return when used. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back; otherwise retail value will be charged.
- Discounts from promotions and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will be subject to a 30% fee; the remaining amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Return Process:
All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. Therefore, we have 2 refund options in place:
- Refund as store credit. Store credit does not expire and you may apply it towards future purchases at any time. Only a registered account is required. Our Hair Gurus can assist you in setting up an account if you don't have one. Restocking fee waived.*
- Refund to the original payment method with a 15% restocking fee. Every item returned is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs involved.
