My favorite wigHands down this is my favorite wig of the six I currently own. No, I don't style it like Raquel's professional stylists. But I don't have to. I just give it a shake right out of the box and in moments I have soft, stylish waves and--a really good hair day! The color (Honey Ginger) exactly matches my own--in fact, in the picture I attach here some of the curl in the bangs you see is actually my bangs (by my right eye). Because the wig color exactly matches my own hair, I pull some of my (too curly) bangs forward to make the wig look more natural. I also pull some of my own hair out of the wig in front of my ears so that I can pull my hair (and wig hair) behind my ears like people naturally do without exposing the edge of the wig.This wig is soft and natural and so full, but not so full that you get that wiggy look. One thing I really like is that the cap is generously sized. Many "average" size wigs I have to enlarge with elastic and even then, to get the fit right I have to use wig glue. But all I had to do to Embrace is sew in four wig clips. I don't use any pins or glue to secure it, which means getting ready for work in the morning is fast. I love this wig.

Golden Wheat Rooted SS1488 ~ Nice Length ~ Not too much hair ~ Fiber feels a little funnyThe photo shown here does not look like the wig I purchased. Of course, it is styled, etc. The shoulder length is nice, the weight is good, the color SS1488 is heavily "rooted" with a very dark brown color. I don't care for the rooted colors as they can be so dark, it doesn't look good. Even though the top of this wig has permatease, it's not over done. I would suggest, if possible, pulling a little of your own hair/bangs to show in the front and make this wig completely believable. This is a very nice wig. I don't care for the feel of the fiber at all when you first get it, but after washing, conditioning, etc., it may feel better. The cap is average, a little snug on me. My head measured correctly is 22.5 inches. On the large side of average. This cap, even with the straps let out, is still snug and slips back.

Loved this wig, but...........I adored this wig so much when I first got it, I immediately got on line and ordered two more. However, in just a couple of weeks it started losing its luster and became matted, (like it had been burned). I could not get a very wide toothed pick through it. It had never been washed or around heat or steam, and never styled with any kind of heat. I keep cutting the ends, however, the entire wig is pretty much like straw now. I started wearing the second one today. Hope it will last longer. Any ideas why the first one did not last?

Beautiful Embrace WigI received my first Raquel Welch embrace wig today...I am thrilled. It is a little darker than my hair (ordered honey toast). But it looks great on me and makes me look ten years younger, so of course I am extremely happy. Great texture, feels just like my own hair and just the right length. I am anxious to wear it shopping tomorrow. My hair has been thinning on top due to some medication I have been taking, so this wig will give me new confidence. Will definitely order another Raquel Welch wig. The quality is superb. Thank you Vogue Wigs for carrying her brand.

Love This Wig!I am very happy with this wig--the style and heat-friendly fiber. I use my curling iron to make waves that last even through several washes. The color of RL2-4 is close to my own natural color, but I love the highlights too.

Finally!I just ordered this days ago. It arrived today. I loved the color immediately! I've looked for a longer, grey wig forever and this is so natural and like my own greying hair (RL511) - a bit more silver grey on top, shading darker towards the bottom. The only thing I did out of the box was to trim in some bangs. I could wear this out right now - if I had somewhere to go :). One of the other big wig sites rarely has longer wigs in greys. I'm so glad I decided to look elsewhere and found Vogue Wigs! Thanks for carrying longer grey wigs. Us oldies don't all wear our hair cropped short. I also like that RW wigs aren't so tight fighting, but are also adjustable. I love the look of Noriko wigs, but they are a bit smallish. RW is just right and the look of the fiber is so natural. Also liked seeing other customers wearing it. It helped to make a decision. When I'm over my cold (red nose, red eyes), I'll try to post a pic of this great color. Thanks, Vogue Wigs!

Lovely right out of the boxI love this wig! I have been wearing the Raquel Welch Classic Cut and decided to try something slightly different. Well, I fell in love with "Embrace"! It falls very naturally, is a great length, and the heat resistant fiber is silky, not stiff. I did have my hair stylist cut in bangs as I do not look good with my bangs off to the side, but other than that, no changes. I have had problems in the past with the Tru2Life fiber frizzing on the ends where it brushes against my neck or collar. I'm hoping this slightly longer length will hold up well.
