Returns and Exchange Policy
At Voguewigs.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back with the exchange and return form included on the backside of your invoice within 14 business days of receipt.
- All orders should include a return form, if the return form is not present or has been discarded, you can print one here.
- Be sure to select how you wish to proceed with your return on the form (new exchange order placed, a refund in store credit, etc.).
- If no option is selected on your return form and your item comes back in good condition, we will automatically proceed with a refund back to your original payment method with a 15% restocking fee.
- If no option is selected on your return form and your item comes back in poor condition, we will automatically proceed with a refund back to your original payment method with a 30% restocking fee.
- Items must be returned within 14 business days of receipt in new condition. Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, and be odor-free. Bellami, Bosley, Henry Margu, Naturally Yours, Mane Attraction, Louis Ferre, Milano Collection, TressAllure, costume wigs, all accessories, clearance sale items, and price-matched items are FINAL SALE.*
- Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Promotional items of the returned product must also be sent back; otherwise, the retail value will be charged.
- If you select a refund in store credit, please note that store credit is not refundable.
*ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE CRITERIA WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 30% RESTOCKING FEE. The remaining refund amount will be automatically refunded back to the original payment method. No exchanges or store credit are allowed for items returned in poor condition.
All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. Every returned item is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs. Therefore, to maintain our standard of excellent prices and service, we charge a 15% restocking fee on the purchase price (discounts from promotions and shipping fees are non-refundable). The remaining amount will be issued back to the original method of payment. Once the item is received in our facility, allow up to 1-2 weeks for an email confirmation of the refund status.

Color Ring Loaner Process**:
Once you have made your color selection, follow the Exchange Process. An email confirmation will be sent to you once we receive your color ring. Want to keep the color ring? Just keep it past the 10 business days, and we will consider it purchased.
**All color rings must be sent back in original manufacturer condition within 10 business days of receipt. All color rings are accessories, if no new wig or extension selection is chosen, the color ring will be a final sale.
