Easy Returns



  1. Open your box and look for the Return Form and Return Label inside.
  2. Fill out the Return Form and put the Return Form back inside the box. If you have lost your return form, download and print the return form here.
  3. Carefully place your wig back into the original packaging, and then back into the original shipping box.
  4. Attach the Return Shipping Label to the outside of the original USPS box to cover the original shipping label.
  5. Give your package to your Postman or drop it off at any USPS Office.
  6. Your package should arrive back at VogueWigs in 2-4 business days. We will begin processing your return immediately.



  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt in new condition. Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, and be odor-free. Bellami, Bosley, Henry Margu, Naturally Yours, Mane Attraction, Louis Ferre, Milano Collection, TressAllure costume wigs, all accessories, clearance sale items, wholesale orders, and price matched items are FINAL SALE.*
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on return item cost only. For your convenience, return labels are included for domestic orders. A $14 deduction will be made from any refund to the return when used. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back; otherwise retail value will be charged.
  • Discounts from promotions and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Return Process

All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. Therefore, we have 2 refund options in place:

  • Refund as store credit. Store credit does not expire and you may apply it towards future purchases at any time. Only a registered account is required. Our Hair Gurus can assist you in setting up an account if you don't have one. Restocking fee waived.*
  • Refund to the original payment method with a 15% restocking fee. Every item returned is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs involved.

Once the item is received in our facility, allow up to 2-3 business days for an email confirmation of the refund status.

*Items that do not meet these criteria will be subject to a 30% fee; the remaining amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.

**Wholesale Orders are Final Sale and not returnable. Exceptions will be made for defective items, defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

At Voguewigs.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back with the return/exchange form included on the backside of your invoice within 14 days of receipt.

Exchange Process

Free Ground Shipping for domestic exchange orders!

You have 14 days to place an exchange order. See below for instructions:

  • Call us at 888-727-9447 or place a new order online. Reference your order number in the comment area on the shipping/billing info page.
  • When we process the new order, we will waive the domestic ground shipping.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to you once we receive your return item.
  • For a manual exchange, please fill out the bottom of the return form included in your order with the item you are returning and the item you would like in exchange.

Exchanges must be of equal or greater value. Coupon codes, promotions or gift certificates received are non-transferable to the new exchange order.

Color Ring Exchange Process

  • Phone in your NEW order or place it online once you have selected your preferred color. Reference your original color ring order number during checkout. **
  • When we process the new order, we will waive the domestic ground shipping.
  • Once we have received the color ring, you will be refunded the cost of the color ring only.

After we have received the exchange item/color ring, allow up to 2-3 business days for an email confirmation of the refund status.

**All color rings are accessories, if no new wig or extension selection is chosen the color ring will be a final sale.


How much do returns cost?
A $10 deduction will be made from any refund to the return when a return label is used. This will be calculated when we process your return to our facility.

How many days do I have to return my wig?
Your package must be postmarked by the 14th day after you have received it in the mail.

I lost the original USPS box, can I send the wig back just in its packaging?
If you have lost the original USPS box, please put the wig in its original packaging and ship it to us inside of another shipping box. You can use a box from your local USPS office or any other plain, cardboard box. Don't forget to add packing paper or bubble wrap!

I lost my Return Form, what do I do now?
