Positions Available: 1 | Location: Santa Ana, CA
Primary job duties:
- Handling a large volume of phone calls from customers regarding orders, returns, and product information
- Answering emails and live chats, quickly and efficiently with the highest level of professionalism
- Learning about our products and helping guide customers while they shop on our site
- Following-up with customers regarding various types of order issues or questions
Requirements:
- PC literate, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word
- Typing speed of 50 WPM
- Strong up selling and sales background
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail oriented. You will be using a shared excel file.
- Ability to be motivated and work towards meeting and/or exceeding individual sales goals
- Must be a team player
Pluses:
- Previous retail experience
- Cosmetology license
- Experience with Zendesk software
- Experience with Magento software
- Proficient with Google Docs

Qualifications:

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Prepare and pack customer orders for shipping
- Learning all product SKUs and brand acronyms
- Stock inventory and maintain warehouse organization
- Efficiency in making USPS and UPS address labels
- Inspecting and processing customer returns
- Understanding policies and procedures for vendor returns
Requirements:
- Candidate must be available to work through the holiday season (Halloween and Black Friday)
- Strong computer skills with Windows-based PC's
- Experience with Microsoft Office / Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask quickly with multiple applications on the computer
- Strong ability to solve problems and come up with own solutions
- Strong written/spoken English skills
- Ability to do basic math calculations quickly and accurately
Pluses:
- Junior college or college degree completed
- Previous experience with UPS World Ship software
- Previous experience with USPS Priority mail label generation
- Prior experience with an E-commerce company
- Previous experience in a warehouse/shipping + receiving department

- Handling walk-in clients in a search for wigs, hair-extensions, hair-additions
- Scheduling future appointments for all clients
- Learning about our products and helping guide customers while they shop on our site
- Answering all questions regarding the product on site + website
- Following-up with customers regarding various types of order issues or questions
Requirements:
- Cosmetology license
- PC literate, working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Strong up selling and sales background
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented. You will be using a shared Excel file.
- Ability to be motivated and work towards meeting and/or exceeding individual sales goals
- Must be a team player
