Get Attached:
- Part your hair from ear to ear and clip the top section of hair out of the way with the included duckbill clips.
- Slide the extension's center clip into the middle of your part. For fine hair, tease the roots a little before you start. This will help make things more secure.
- Attach the next clips one at a time. Make sure the piece lies flat with no gaps.
- Unclip your hair and blend together with the extension.
- Too long? Not long enough? Start over, parting your hair higher or lower to get the length you want.
- Unlike your own hair, Excelle fiber only sets after it cools. So keep the curl shape until it cools, then release.
- 300°F (148°C) is perfect. Do not go above 350°F/177°C
- For your safety, never heat style these extensions while wearing them.

Return Policy:
- Items must be sent back within 14 business days of receipt in new condition. Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, and be odor-free. Bellami, Bosley, Henry Margu, Louis Ferre, Milano Collection, costume wigs, costume accessories, wig accessories, clearance sale items, and price matched items are FINAL SALE.*
- The refund amount will be calculated based on return item cost only. For your convenience, return labels are included for domestic orders. A $14 deduction will be made from any refund to the return when used. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back; otherwise retail value will be charged.
- Discounts from promotions and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will be subject to a 30% fee; the remaining amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.

- Refund to the original payment method with a 15% restocking fee. Every item returned is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs involved.
