Here's why:

The Base Design: Soft, natural, and transparent looking materials used to construct the concave shaped base which gives the wearer a comfortable fit to one's head shape; with natural light-weight materials which allows heat to pass through easily, and easy to connect to one's own head of hair. (Base size @ 6" width x 6" front to back).
  2. The mono silk base portion starts wider at front hair line and as it goes towards the back area features little baby honey comb air holes of which hair is hand ventilated onto. You'll love it!!
  3. The attachment of this hairpiece to the head is clean and simple; it arrives with four color coordinated snap comb clips designed to match the color of the hair. But that's not all! The front and back areas underneath the clips have a square inch of clear tape tab polyurethane which, if you choose to, can be used if clips are removed to hold the light weight handmade hair piece to your head.
  4. Our highest quality human hair is used throughout the unit; the hair lengths are approximately six (6") inches in length and the density or thickness of the amount of hair is delightfully natural; we really think we have a winner!
  5. When you wet the hair (down to the roots) you can easily re-style the hair into the hair direction you choose; let it dry in that direction and then simply touch it up with a curling iron or roller set; it's really that easy!

    Return Policy:

    • Items must be sent back within 14 business days of receipt in new condition. Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, and be odor-free. Bellami, Bosley, Henry Margu, Louis Ferre, Milano Collection, costume wigs, costume accessories, wig accessories, clearance sale items, and price matched items are FINAL SALE.*
    • The refund amount will be calculated based on return item cost only. For your convenience, return labels are included for domestic orders. A $14 deduction will be made from any refund to the return when used. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
    • Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back; otherwise retail value will be charged.
    • Discounts from promotions and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Items that do not meet these criteria will be subject to a 30% fee; the remaining amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.

    Return Process:

    All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. Therefore, we have 2 refund options in place:

    • Refund as store credit. Store credit does not expire and you may apply it towards future purchases at any time. Only a registered account is required. Our Hair Gurus can assist you in setting up an account if you don't have one. Restocking fee waived.*
    • Refund to the original payment method with a 15% restocking fee. Every item returned is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs involved.
