As a working musician I was dismayed to find myself spending so much time trying to make my thinning hair look decent for my jobs. I finally gave in to the idea of a wig and Winner was my first. What a relief to know I can put it on quickly and head out the door! Playing outdoors on cool misty days or hot, muggy summers I can stop worrying about my hair and concentrate on the bride coming down the aisle! I chose Winner because it looked pretty natural and was not disappointed. I can't style it like the lovely photo but without much work it looks great. I managed to match my own color!

Love this wig!! I purchased it in the same color as in the picture of Raquel Welch. Everyone said it looked so natural. It is comfortable and light. This is the second wig of hers that I've purchased and love them both.

Being that it was a Petit cap, it had a little more hair than I was expecting; however, it's okay. Also, I was off on the color, a little more "red" than expected.

I purchased this wig for my 83 year old mother. The color is absolutely perfect; the texture is remarkable; it is so light weight; easy to put on and makes mother look 10 years younger. She says she has had so many nice compliments on it (even by men). She has had people ask who her hairdresser is and they want to get their hair cut like hers. Mother said she got caught in a little shower of rain the other day and was fearful of what it might do to the wig. She took it off, shook it, and it was like nothing ever happened to it. Very easy to care for. I would highly recommend this wig. Thank you for such a wonderful product.

I have been giving my hair a "rest" from coloring and blow drying, as it is getting thin. I have been wearing wigs for a couple of years and this is the best one yet. In my seventies and I am a ballroom dancer, competing and exhibiting. My Insrtuctor even stated he thought it was the best one yet.

This is a great wig-I have received many compliments on my "hair". The color is great, close to my own. The shake and wear styling is easy and flattering. It is light weight and I like that the hair is not too thick and bushy. It's a wig that I can wear for hours without getting itchy and uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend to others.

No one can tell

No one, including my family and hairdresser, can tell whether or not I'm wearing a wig. The color and style matches my hair exactly. My natural hair is starting to thin out and the wig brings it back to the way it used to be. So, when I have a bad hair day, I simply pull on my wig.

I purchased the Raquel Welch Winner wig due to thinning hair caused by medications. I tried to match the color to my own shade and am amazed how close it is. This style is very similar to my haircut. When I put the wig on, I pull a few strands of my bangs and side hair out and it blends in perfectly. The cap is very comfortable and I hardly know I'm wearing a wig. I do secure the wig with a few hairpins at the sides and nape of the neck since we live in a very windy area of the state and I don't want to chase it down the street (how embarassing). Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and may order another wig in the near future.

I love this wig so much I want a couple of different colors. Put your make-up on and then your "instant new hair" and your are so good to go. It came in handy the evening I triped over a piece of lint and ended up in the ER for the evening.

I was quite ill this summer and strong medicines contributed to extreme hair loss. This was my first purchase of a wig and I was apprehensive to wear it out in public. I shouldn't have worried, the wig is very close to the style I was wearing before and the color is "right on". I have received many compliments on how well I am looking and comments on my cute hairstyle. The wig is so light and comfortable - I was so pleased (and relieved ) when I received it and tried it on that I felt like crying. This is my first wig. I have very thin hair and have need this for a very long time. My granddaughter was at my home the first time I put it on. She said, "Gammie, you look so much younger." I get compliments everywhere I go.My coworkers did not know it is a wig. My husband loves it !!!

Due to health issues I'm on multiple medications, several of which have contributed to ever increasing hair loss. When I started looking at wigs I realized I was not the only one with this problem. I'm 76 years old and do not intend to let this hair problem get me down. People have complemented me on my new hair style. I just thank them and smile.

thought it look like it would have more body to it. I love the color . I'm going to have my hair dresser see if she can help me with it. I can't return it because I tried to wear it for about 1 hour and it look like I had a wig on and I don't want people to be able to tell it's a wig. love it very light and looks sooooo natural especially because of not too much hair, a beautiful fit , my daughter said it made me look really glamorous, really suited me because everybody knows i have lost most of my natural hair due to female pattern hair loss disease, so this one was small and natural not too obvious as a wig. love it , I'm so glad i found out about Raquel Welch wigs from my friend in L.A. This wig looks and feels so natural. Just shake out and put it on and you are ready to go. I swim daily and am so tired of the hours spent doing my hair. Now i just dry my hair, slip on my wig and I am set for the day and look great. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair as I have since I started wearing my wig. Everyone says something from long time friends to store clerks. Love it!

The wig has a natural look about it, but I had to go to my granddaughter who is a beautican to get it to look like the picture. I also ordered a smart heat iron to give it a little lift. I would like to purchase another one for the sale price of seventy-nine ninty five .

I could not style it like the picture, so I went to my granddaaughter, Hannah Beyers, who is a local beautican, and she did some work on it. I love the color. I would like to order another one at the price I paid on sale. 79.95. We also decided to order A smart iron to help with the style.

This is my second purchase from Vogue and I am just as pleased this time. With extremely thin hair and receding hairline, these wigs give me the self confidence when I leave the house every time. They are well made and look very natural even though I am a senior citizen. I stay with the same color no matter the length or style and it looks like a new haircut or that I am letting it grow out a little.

I've just restarted wearing wigs and have bought a few different manufacturer's product in search of one that meets my needs. Yours wins hands down. It is truly realistic look and fits better than the rest. I have a small head which has been a problem for me getting a good fit without having to go custom made. I bought the petite which works better than the average size but not perfect.

I have two of these wigs in different colors. I absolutely love them! I used to wear Gabor wigs and I always thought you couldn't get any better than they were, but I was wrong. This wig is perfect in every way...the cut....the colors...and everything else. I always have someone ask me who does my hair and sometimes I give them the name of my long time beautician and sometimes I tell them it's a wig. When I tell them its a wig they can't believe it. When I went to my doctor's office the other day one of the nurses commented on my hair and told her it was a wig. The next thing I knew she had three other nurses in to look at it. I'm sure I'll buy yet another one in another color. You can't go wrong with this one!

The firsy Winner I bought was on sale, and was the R9S as worn by Rachel in the photo. I loved it immediately. I have a small face and a lot of wigs look like too much hair. This one is a natural! I ordered my second one in the shadow shade SS8/29 whic looks like the same color except with the highlights. My husband says these are his favorites.
There is no fussing or styling, just put it on and run your fingers through it!

I put it on and waited for my husband to come home and hear his comments. He arrived at 6:30 p.m. and by 9:30 p.m. he had not said anything about my hair so I brought the wig stand out and started putting it together and he said "oh are you getting ready for your wig to arrive" and I said well, I've been wearing it all evening!! He was shocked and couldn't believe it was a wig--he was skeptical in the beginning when I said I was purchasing a wig. Everyone went wild at work and couldn't quite figure out what was going on--I just said I had changed my style a little. I was really worried about the color as I have dark brown hair that is greying and especially all around the front and it looks very similar to my hair - I pull some of my grey bangs out and mix with wig and you can't tell which is which. On the sides I leave my hair feathered out that is greyish in front of my ears and put the darker wig hair behind my ears so it looks like my real hair. I ordered color R511G.

Cons:
. Wish it had been styled more like picture as I had to work with it quite a bit to stand up in the crown and on top to look more like picture. Also that it had a little more hair at crown so it would stand up a little more rather than part some and lay flatter in that area. However, had my hairdresser work with it and backcomb little so does better. Another general suggestion--wish you could click on wig color and have style you're interested in appear in that color.

This item was much lighter (in color) than expected. Wore it out today for 1st time. The color and cut suited me
perfectly. Received several compliments, but most importantly, I was very pleased with it. Yaaay!!

I really pleased with this wig. I had purchased a wig previously and was very disappointed so was really reluctant to purchase again. However, this is the first Raquel Welch I have purhased and so far very satisfied.

I recently purchased the R Welch wig in two different colors. I get lots of compliments on "my hair" as people think it is actually my hair. I love the fact that the wig is so light weight; the lighest wig I've found. It also requires no extra care. It is a winner as far as I'm concerned!

I had purchased a wig by Raquel Welch a few weeks ago due to thinning hair on top.
I loved it. just shake it and put back on and brush it, goes right back to style.

I wish I could afford another one but I am not able to.

This look is perfect if you want the new "pixie" cut. It truly is a "shake and go" wig, and it is exceptionally comfortable with a great fit. Vogue Wigs has the best customer service out there! Will definately be buying more Raquel wigs FROM Vongue Wigs in he near future.

I am disappointed with this wig.
Pros:
I love the texture of the hair. It is very silky.
Cons:
The cap is a little small. Although I did not order a 'petite sized' wig, it feels as if it is.

The color was not what I expected. I expected it to be darker than it is. Perhaps I should have ordered it in color #4 if it is available.

Seriously, this wig looked awesome right out of the box. Put it on, took pics and took them to my stylist to cut my hair to the same cut. Then, I styled my wig up to match the Raquel photo and wore it onstage in contest.......no one in my chorus knew it was a wig, all thought it was my hair professionally styled. So real, so soft and so GREAT!

The Winner has both style and great value. It is easy to wear just as it is with a few fingers run through to fluff it up a bit or it can be more extensively styled to look ready for a big night out on the town. I especially liked that I was able to get highlights all over the head and not just on the crown like some of the styles. The first day I wore it my daughter and granddaughter thought I'd just done up my own hair extra nice. You should have seen the shock on my granddaughter's face when I reached up and peeled the wig off!

I like the shorter length of hair on most of the wig.

I like that the hair is thin enough that it looks natural.
Customer service was great.
Cons:
I wish the wig would have slightly longer hair at the nape, it would make me feel more secure when my coat collar bumps the hair out of place.

This wig is so very easy to wear and to style! I just love the shadow shades as they mimic real hair shadings. I choose the golden wheat shade and it is so very natural looking.

I love this wig. I've had so many compliments when I wear it. It's extremely comfortable, and I love the color I got, Vanilla Glaze. I have several Raquel Welch wigs and they are great, but this is my very favorite. I just ordered another one identical. This way I can have one cleaned and still wear the same style.

I like this Wig as it does look very natural and not too much hair like so many wigs I see. The color is very natural looking. I also have a POWER wig style and it makes me look better than the Winner. The lift on the POWER wig must give my face a lift.

I've never received so many compliments on my hair! Strangers and friends have asked who my hairdesser is. I look younger and feel younger when I wear it, which is now always. My sister bought two in a different color and has had the same experience as me.
Pros:
I love the petite and the way it hugs my head. I've found wearing the hairnet like a hair band, making it fold to about 1 1/2'' wide keeps my wig on secure and stops it from riding up. The amount of hair is perfect, unlike some wigs, which are too thick and look unatural. All my 25 year old son could say, when he first saw my "new Hair" was "Wow, Mom, Wow!!
Cons:
I wish it was a little cooler, but it is great in the Canadian winters. I've had to fiddle with my hairnet to get the wig to stay secure. My mother used to use a 1/12' very thin foam band to keep her wig from sliding up or moving.

I've worn wigs off and on for over 35 years. The Winner by Raquel Welch is, without a doubt, the best wig I've ever owned. I was very impressed by the speed with which my wig was processed and sent. I have 4 different colorings of 'Winner' wigs, which I wear every day. I have never - ever - worn one that I didn't get a compliment on my "hair-do". Everyone is amazed that it is a wig and I have had to take it off a few times for them to believe me! I absolutely love it. My hair is extremely thin and rather than accept it gracefully - I took to trying wigs! This style is definitely the one that looks most like my natural look.

It was easy to order on line. The customer service on line was very good, nice interaction. I like the color, although I did purchase a hair color sample to chose from. Delivery was quicker than I expected and I'm wearing my wig right now and it is very light. I don't like wearing hats or anything on my head, so I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to do the wig, but it is working and everyone is complimenting me. So I'm fairly happy.
Pros:
Easy to put on and adjust if needed. Very light, I was afraid I would be sweating with it on, but not at all.
Cons:
Doesn't have any kind of clip in the top of the interface to keep it clipped on so it doesn move around. Going to purchase a band for underneath to keep it stable.

I'm retired but I wish I'd had this wig while I was still working --- I could have slept an extra 30 minutes every morning. This is the first wig I've had in 30 years and I LOVE it. I have a full head of hair - cut and colored very much like my Winner wig - but I don't waste my time fooling with my hair anymore. I put on my Winner and head out the door. It is comfortable and looks so real, people think, "oh, she took time fixing her hair today" - not "WIG!!" I'm getting another one in a slightly lighter color for summers. I wish I'd bought one sooner.

I've been wearing a Winner for several months. Meeting my sister's friends for the first time, they complimented me on my haircut and color. I 'fessed up and told them it was a wig. They couldn't believe it.

Recently I saw a Winner in my color on sale, so I was happy to purchase another one

Style Great-Strap Bad

Love the looks of the wig but hate the velcro straps. Ends are thick and scratchy. Feels like sand paper on my neck. Can't wear with a cap. Have to have my hair between it and my neck. Wish I could wear it more.

This was my first experience at purchasing a wig. I still haven't wore it out in public yet, but I am working up the courage. I like to wear it around the house to get myself use to it as well as my husband. He is still not sure about it. My hair is thinning so the thickness of the hair throws off my husband. I do wear my hair close to this style. I really like the way I look in it. It is very natural looking.

Cons:
I am not sure about the fit of this wig. It feels too loose on my head (maybe I needed a petite wig) but I feel I need to use bobbie pins to secure it.

I thought I'd try this wig to wear when my own hair looked 'less than lovely'. I was a little nervous about it until I opened the package.
