Friends loved the red colour and told me not everyone's skin could take that colour as naturally. The highlights really make it look like I have been to the hairdressers. For a synthetic wig, it looks quite natural. Light fluffy and easy to wear. It feels like it slips a little and shrinks up at back. I often pull it down. Chemo has a lot to answer for!!!!Maybe it is the way I am wearing it.One side seems better styled than the other. Very happy to wear out for dinner or to the shops. It was a big risk to buy online with only a picture but this was asuccessful purchase. Postage expensive to Aus but I did want it in a few days not months..

This is a duplicate of the first one I bought because I like it so much and want to have a back-up when washing the other. I keep one of them smoothed down and the other like the picture. A first-time wig user, I'm delighted to have people tell me they like my new hairstyle before being shocked that it isn't my hair. I LOVE the freedom I have from styling my own thinning hair.

Cutest Cut Ever!

On my way out of town, I stopped and got my hair cut. It was the only appointment we had in common, but something happened with one of my employees and I was late, so she washed, cut and dried my hair. She has a private area, so I put my Voltage wig back on and as I was leaving, the first lady said, " That is the cutest cut ever! Can you make my hair do that?". The lady that cut my hair and I both grinned, but I didn't say anything, I just kept walking. Two more ladies asked if their stylist could cut their hair to do that! So my Voltage w as a big hit in the Salon!

Pros:
So cut! Complements everytime I wear it! The color is very good with my skin tone!
Cons:
It is large on me even though it is sized medium. I wish it came in Petite. I finally sewed the elastic dozers on each side and overlapped them to fit! Now it doesn't feel like it is coming off everytime I wear it!

I own more than twenty wigs, all makes and styles. Raquel Welch Voltage large is the most comfortable large wig I have ever bought and worn. I have never been able to wear a large wig more than four hours at a time until now. I have worn this wig all day and into the evening without even remembering I have a wig on. And the styling and fiber quality cannot be beat. I am thoroughly happy with this wig. I am currently ordering the other two styles that Raquel Welch makes in the large size, I only wish she made more.

I was very disappointed with this wig for two reasons. One, it was not "large"--it was smaller than the other two regular size wigs I have purchased from Vogue. Two, the quality was inferior, because although the front and top hair was nice, there was not the same matching quality on the sides and back. I was really surprised at this product and will not get a Raquel Welch product again.

I purchased this wig for my Mother as she is going to have an operation which will require her to shave her head. She was so delighted with it that she wore it before her operation. Good, except no small wigs seem to be available

This is my second Raquel Welch wig. I bought it because the first one is so great! This wig fits even better, although I don't like the style as much on me as the first But that has nothing to do with the quality of the wig. It's very light weight, easy to style and is a really great bargain.

I have several Rachel Welch Voltage wigs, all colors. I wear one daily and am asked no matter what color wig I have on, "Who does your hair?" I have to pull back the side to prove that it is not my own hair. I provide my customers with the website, type, price and color.

I MEASURED MY HEAD AS INSTRUCTED AND ORDERED A LARGE...ACTUALLY THESE WERE NOT THE WIGS I WANTED BUT FEW CAME IN LARGE. THESE WIGS ARE HUGE. I WENT TO A WIG SHOP AND THEY PUT AN AVERAGE ON ME AND IT FIT PERFECTLY. SHOULD HAVE GONE THERE FIRST.

I am very happy with my Voltage wig - I did not even have to have it trimmed! Out if the box ready to wear, very easy and it is also light and comfortable. I am a chemo patient so I have no hair now and I was wearing scarves up to now; wearing this wig has lifted my spirits. Perhaps it is too light in front, my highlights were more subtle but overall I am very pleased. Rose

How easy it is to take it off and put it back on. I get acupuncture and the technician needs access to my scalp and I just pull it off and place it back on and just finger style and off I go! Also great for the price!!!

I started adding up what I was spending in a year on getting my hair done just about once a month. After I get home it never really looks good like it did when I walked out of the salon. If I'd like to look real nice and done up. There is no way I could fix my hair up to look good....myself. I am giving my hair a rest from years of dyeing. I saw how the wig was constructed. So I bought one....then another.....and then another. I have bought wigs years ago but the hair weave always showed and the colors looked fake.

My first version of this wig was very cute, but not quite the right color. I reordered in a lighter shade. I like it, but the crown seems thinner than the one in the darker shade, so I have to fuss with it a bit to conceal the matting at the roots. Once I have it right, it looks great.

Love the R11S color. Not too shiny. Wig is lightweight and very comfortable when I use a cotton wig cap.
Cons:
Crown and part area too thin with the R11S.

This wig has a great fit. It is very comfortable and is much cooler than I imagined. It is very cute on even though it doesn't have enough hair to style like the picture. I ordered dark chocolate with copper highlights and it is beautiful, but it is much lighter than I expected. I recommend ordering a color chart, but I was in a hurry and didn't have the time. The hair on this wig feels like you paid much more than the cost from Vogue Wigs! My first purchase from Vogue and I'm very impressed with your customer service! Thank you so much for all your help.

This was my first purchase and I can't tell you how excited I was. My hair is 100% gray and I have been coloring my hair for years (I'm 56 years old). I cut my hair down to a 1/2" for my hair to grow out heathier. I could not believe the look I got when I placed my Voltage wig on. It was the cut and color I have been trying to achieve for some time. My husband even said I looked great. Thank you for making my experience a great one because I was real scared to do it.

This has been a big step for me. I am loosing my hair and needed a pick me up. Have resisted getting a wig for a while now. My head gets really warm at times. HOWEVER I am so happy with this wig it is great. i did have to get the combs sewn into it to make it feel like it wouldn't move. Now if fits great. I will be getting more wigs in the future.

I love this wig even more than my last one from the Raquel Welch line. [ And I loved that one !! ]
It looks natural, just like the picture, and took no styling.
The only thing I had to do first [ and several reviews wrote about this issue], was to sew in 2x tiny combs into the inside of the wig. One in the front and the other in the back. [ I do the same on all of my wigs, and it is to keep them from riding up in the back at the nape of the neck, and the one in the front, stops the wig from riding back .]
This way I don't have to use any pins, or anything else.
Also, I ordered the large cap again, and not may wigs offer this option. It just fit with no room to spare.

I fell in love with this wig at first sight and waited to order until I finished shopping and researching wigs for a couple of weeks. I finally ordered this wig using the just the website's photos for color. I wish it was slightly less blonde in the front but overall I love this wig, color and all. It took me a couple of days of wearing it around the house and playing with styling it until I felt comfortable leaving the house with it on. I got an immediate compliment from my ladies at the gym but more importantly, I didn't have anyone ask me if it was a wig; which was my biggest concern. I really have enjoyed always having good hair days and have already ordered another Raquel Welch wig for a cruise. Thanks to you, Vogue. The website is complete, easy to use and the service is really quick. Can't wait for my next wig!

A "great" wig. Simple, easy. Can obtain different looks with a little stiff hold spray. Look sassy or simple with just a shake of the piece and go!! Have gotten LOTS of compliments on this wig. I lost my hair to chemotherapy. Had longer hair before the chemo, but those friends closest to me agree I look ten Years younger and should consider this type of cut when my hair does come back.

Due to hair loss I have been wearing wigs for over 3 years and have purchased quite a few wigs. All my friends and family agree that Voltage is the most flattering and most realistic one so far! I got one with dark roots and light brown to blond highlights and at age 60 everyone loves it on me! The style is up to date without being 'over the top'. I was very glad I got the styling cream. It really helps to make the most of this wigs style. The only thing I don't like is that it does ride up a little in the back.

I like the wig except there is too much thickness in the frontal area/ bangs too. And it is hard to keep in place, tends to ride "up" in the back neckline.

I love my new "Voltage" wig by Raquel Welch. It is very comfortable. I just got back from a trip. I wore this wig every day. It saved me lots of time, and I did not have to pack my hair mousse, hair spray etc. The color is very close to my own. I got lots of compliments on my hair. I look forward to my next Raquel Welch wig.

This beautiful hairpeice allows me to look like a woman again. I have had multiple treatments that have left me with very little hair of my own. To me it's tragic, but this wonderful wig looks so real, so pretty and so up-to-date; I can hardly express how much I love it.

I had purchased the Cinch wig earlier this summer and was delighted with the style, color and fit. So I decided to give the Voltage wig a try... and I couldn't be happier with my new hair!!! Of all my wigs, this one is my favorite by far. The quality is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone. I have had soooo many compliments.

I love the style. Can't really get it to look like the picture, though. The color was not what I was expecting. Wish the darker "roots" showed more so there was more of a two toned look. But it looks great right out of the box and can be styled in different ways. Very natural looking.

I had tried on the wig at wig store in town, looked great , so I thought I would order it and save me $30.00, The color looks great and so close to my own color but, the cut is not the same I think, only on one side, the hair seems to want to hang down instead of the cute flip out, maybe the hair has to be trained, I would recommend this to someone only because all wigs don't look the same.

I never thought I would have to wear a wig. I had always laughed at my mother when she would add a "wiglet" to make her hair fuller looking. That was 40 years ago. Now I know why she did it. Her own hair was thinning due to hair loss in the front and top. It's hereditary. Never thought is would happen to me. Now that I am 55, every time I wash my hair I see hair falling out. I am very thin on the top and front. I had my daughter pick this wig out for me. She said it was the closest to the style and color of my own hair. After receiving it, she was right! After trying in on, I was amazed on how light it felt on. It didn't feel heavy or confining. I found by pulling my own hair out at the bangs and sides, it made it more natural to me. I could bring my own hair out and put it behind my ears and it looks like my own hair. I still had a hairline I could see of my natural hair. No one can tell that I am wearing a wig! I bought the color R829S and it's so close to my own color it's remarkable. It has highlights on the top and sides with a darker color in the back. So natural!

I love it. I did have to have the bangs trimmed a little because of my short forehead. I have had a lot of compliments on it. The only thing is what it was a little more red than I expected, but have since died my hair to match and love it.

I've worn it for years now in the same grey tones. Being grey is fun when you can have a "hip" style and it looks so natural when some of my own grey "peeks" through.
Pros:
I like everything about the style, cut and look. I receive so many compliments on my "hair", even from much younger people (I'm 63). And even though the wig color is in a combination of grey tones
Cons:
The only thing I dislike is that it is so difficult to get 'ALL' the tags cut out of the back of the wig. Two can be removed rather easily but one is sewn directly into one of the bands and quite difficult.

Just recieved, couldn't wait to get it. The crown is fine but the sides and back are not even long enough to flip out, way to short almost like a mans haircut. Loved the color though.

Looks very authenic, super comfortable and it looks so sexy and sassy at the same time. The color of the wig is so natural and complimntary to my skin tone that I had my own hair cut and colored to match the wig. I get tons of compliments and no one knows when I am wearing my wig. Everyone says I look 25 yrs younger...I Love it!!!

I ordered this wig, to be my '"special occasions'" hair do, but I just fell in love with it. If you like having voluminous, headache free, perfect hair you will love this wig. Warning it is super edgy and texturized, so you might have to style to meet your personal style but u can't beat the fit and easy style.

I am a 62 year old grandmother who ordered the Voltage wig in silver since my own hair is silver. The color match was perfect. I actually ordered the wig to take on a recent cruise. I have very curly hair, and humidity/rain makes it even worse. I would lay out by the pool all day, go in to showeer and shampoo, blow dry my hair, put on my makeup and pop on my gorgeous wig. Then I slipped into my clothes and we were off to dinner. I had too many to count of strangers (women and men)coming up to me commenting on my gorgeous hair (my wig). When I spilled the beans and told the women it was a wig, no one believed me. I gave them all the email address for Vogue Wigs. I also keep having people ask if I am Paula Deen. There is a striking resemblance in the face and this wig made it more profound. I had a portrait with the wig on taken on the cruise ship. The photo shop wanted to use my picture in their advertisements and again, they loved my hair (wig). If you don't mind, please forward this review to Rachel Welsh. I would like to share this experience with her. I continue to wear my wig everywhere I go, even to church and choir practice. It just saves so much time, shake it out, put it on, and style it with my fingers. The ladies at church also have your email address so they too can check out your wigs. I must say, of the wigs I have ordered, none of them compare to the Rachel Welsh wigs. The prestylying that her wigs have built into them, makes them perfect for any occasion.

Please Raquel Welch that I would be glad to be a spokesperson for her wigs anytime.


Thanks again for making my days so much brighter since I find myself with extra time on my hands by wearing the Raquel Welch wig.
