Shipping / Delivery Time Estimates

Flat Rate Shipping
We are proud to offer flat rate shipping to all Domestic and International locations.

All USA orders are shipped via UPS.
All Canada orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
All other international orders are shipped by USPS or UPS.
All APO / FPO orders are shipped by USPS. * International Customers: Qualify for FREE USPS Priority International Shipping with orders over $200. Enter coupon code FREEINT after selecting your country and shipping method during checkout.

Order Status

For your convenience, we provide you with your order status at each step during order processing. You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order confirming we received it, an email with a shipping estimate, and then a shipping confirmation with tracking information. You will also receive a link in your original email confirmation that you can click on at anytime to view your order status. You can also contact our customer service department.

Tracking Number

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information. It will provide you with a link to follow your package’s transit progress to its shipment destination. The tracking number will also show on the online order detail link that you are provided with in your original email confirmation. You can also contact our customer service department.

Change / Modify An Order

You may request a change to your order if the request is made by the next day at 10:00am PST. If the request is made after this time frame, there will be a 20% restocking fee of the original ordered item. Promptly email us with the exact changes to your order with included order number to orderstatus@voguewigs.com. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Order Cancellations

All order cancellations must be requested before 10 AM PST of the following day, otherwise an order cancellation charge of 20% will apply. To request an order cancellation, CLICK HERE and select Order Cancellations.

Why do we charge a cancellation fee?
Although we stock thousands of different wigs, some items may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. Our wig manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect VogueWigs absorbs the full cost of the wig in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 20% cancellation fee.

Refused packages will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
Undeliverable packages will be subject to reshipping charges.

Out of Stock / Backordered Items

In the case that a purchased item is out of stock, we will send you an email. If your order contains multiple items, we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder, substitute or cancel the unshipped items. We will provide you with an estimated arrival date if one is available.

Return Policy

There are no returns and refunds accepted due to manufacturers' policies. NOTE: Unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to sender.

Exchanges which follow our policy are allowed. If you are unhappy with the color of your wig, do not take it out of the hair net or take off the tags. By California Law, we are not allowed to resell hairpieces which have been worn or handled.

Exchange Policy

Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. Please read the policy below in its entirety before sending any hair pieces back to us. Exchanges are not allowed on costume wigs, wig accessories, clearance items, or items that have been price matched. Coupon codes and promotions do not apply to exchanged items.
  1. For all exchanges, re-stocking fee of 20% of purchase amount (discount coupon codes excluded) will be charged. In addition, standard shipping charges for the exchanged piece to be mailed out to the customer will be charged.
  2. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value.
  3. We allow one exchange per item. Once you received your exchange, no further exchanges can be made.
  4. All exchanges must be authorized by a voguewigs.com representative at within 10 business days of receiving your order. You can also use the CLICK HERE and select Returns/Exchanges to receive your authorization.
  5. We must receive return merchandise within 10 business days after exchange authorization has been issued. Exceptions for international and APO orders; please inquire at time of request for RMA number.
  6. All confirmations are to be received by a Voguewigs.com representative 10 business days after invoice issuance. RMAs will be deemed expired after this period.
  7. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers must be written on the outside of each package. Packages without RMA numbers will be returned to sender.
  8. Return freight charges are to be paid by customer. Please ship your RMA with tracking information. We are not responsible lost packages. Collect shipments will be refused.

Exchange Instructions

  1. Email our Exchange Department using our contact form to request a Return Authorization number.
  2. We will email you back asking for you to acknowledge and agree to our exchange policy.
  3. Upon receiving your response, we will email you with a Return Authorization number and instructions. Be sure to wait for this email address as all unauthorized packages are refused and returned to sender.
  4. You will send the package back following the instructions provided in the email.
  5. Once we receive your return, it will pass through inspection to make sure it is in original manufacturer’s condition. We will then email you with confirmation that we received your return item and provide you with your Exchange Total costs due. We will ask for your approval in proceeding with the exchange fees.
  6. Upon receiving your approval of the fees, we will continue processing your Exchange order request. Please allow 2-3 business days for exchange item to ship.

Price Match Policy

At VogueWigs.com, we pride ourselves on providing not only the best selection of wigs available, but also our competitive prices. Thus, if you find any item at a lower price either before your purchase or within 10 days of your purchase, we will match the price at 115% of the difference. To apply a price match to a product, local the product on our website then click price match guarantee link under the Price.

Damaged / Missing Items

Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Contact Customer Care. Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.

Vogue Wigs is not responsible for color recommendations made by representatives not meeting customer expectations. The description of a color is given as accurately as possible, but IS subject to opinion person-to-person. For best results, please purchase a color ring for the most accurate color choice prior to getting a wig.
