We do this to ensure safety for our customers and to have the packages successfully delivered. If for any reason you are unable to sign for the package upon the estimated delivery date, you may contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877, to schedule a pick up time or to reschedule a delivery date. Any packages that have been rerouted back to us will incur extra shipping fees to have the package redelivered. International Credit Card Verification

For international clients, please advise that we verify all international credit cards used and international credit cards without support for electronic verification may incur an extra 3-5 business day verification delay. To bypass this period and have your package shipped out efficiently, we recommend that you pay with Paypal.

Country Customs & Duties Fees

Shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Voguewigs.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Voguewigs.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Voguewigs.com has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you have any shipping and handling questions or comments please contact us.

Order Status

For your convenience, we provide you with your order status notification during each step of order processing. Automated email confirmations are sent to the email address provided after an order has been placed. If you have not received email confirmations on the same day you placed your order, please contact us.

There will only be an authorization(pending hold to guarantee funds) placed on your credit card, we do not complete charges until items are packaged and shipped. If you have paid with PayPal, funds will be captured immediately.

For each process of your order, an automated email will be provided. You will receive a shipping estimates and shipping confirmations with tracking information. In each automated confirmation email, you will receive a confirmation link. Your confirmation link can be accessed 24/7 and will have all current details and updates for your order. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.

Tracking Number

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information. It will provide you with a link to follow your packages transit progress to its shipment destination. The tracking number will also show on the online order detail link that you are provided with in your original email confirmation. You can also contact our customer service department.

Change / Modify An Order

You may request a change to your order if the request is made by the next day at 10:00am PST. If the request is made after this time frame, there will be a 20% restocking fee of the original ordered item. Promptly email us with the exact changes to your order with included order number to orderstatus@voguewigs.com. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Order Cancellations

All order cancellations must be requested before 10 AM PST of the following day, otherwise an order cancellation charge of 20% will apply. To request an order cancellation, CLICK HERE and select Order Cancellations.

Why do we charge a cancellation fee?
Although we stock thousands of different wigs, some items may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. Our wig manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect VogueWigs absorbs the full cost of the wig in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 20% cancellation fee.

Refused packages will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
Undeliverable packages will be subject to reshipping charges.

Out of Stock / Backordered Items

In the case that a purchased item is out of stock, we will send you an email. If your order contains multiple items, we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder, substitute or cancel the unshipped items. No partial shipping for international orders. We will provide you with an estimated arrival date if one is available.

Returns and Exchange Policy

At Voguewigs.com customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back with the exchange and return form included on the backside of your invoice within 14 days of receipt.
  • All items must be in new condition, items cannot be tried on and cannot be worn, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • All items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will be charged a 50% fee OR you can opt to have the items sent back; standard Domestic or International reshipping fees will be charged.
  • Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back, otherwise retail value will be charged.
  • A 30% restocking fee will be charged if FINAL SALE items are returned. (Costume wigs, costume accessories, wig accessories, clearance sale items, and price matched items are all Final Sale)

Return Process

Once the item is received in our facility, allow up to 1-2 weeks for an email confirmation of the refund status.
Discounts from promotions and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued back to the original method of payment.

Exchange Process

To ensure speedy delivery on your exchange item, simply place a new order online or just call us!
When we receive your return item we will email you with a confirmation.

Phone in your exchange:

  1. Call us at 888-727-9447 (Select option 4).
  2. Reference your order number and the item you will be sending back.
  3. Then we will place a new order for you and waive the Domestic Ground Shipping.

Place your exchange order online:

  1. Place your new order online.
  2. In the comment section reference your order number and the item you are sending back.
  3. When we start to process your new order, we will waive the Domestic Ground Shipping.

Price Match Policy

At VogueWigs.com, we pride ourselves on providing not only the best selection of wigs available, but also our competitive prices. Thus, if you find any item at a lower price either before your purchase or within 10 days of your purchase, we will match the price at 115% of the difference.
  • The competitor must be an authorized retailer advertising the identical product on a USA website. (We do not match email price quotes or print catalogs)
  • Price match requests for an item you have already purchased must be submitted within ten (10) days from the original date of purchase at VogueWigs.com.
  • Since we only sell new, unopened items, we will not match competitors' clearance sales, special offers, coupon rebates, or prices on used / damaged / open-box items.
  • Price match does not apply to costume wigs or wig care accessories.
  • Price match cannot be combined with other VogueWigs.com promotions, discounts, coupons, etc.
  • All sales final on price matched items. No exchanges allowed.

Damaged / Missing Items

Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Contact Customer Care. Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.

Any damages claimed after a month of receipt of the product is considered regular wear and tear.

Voguewigs.com is now offering a Wholesale Program! We would like to help your business carry some of the top brands in wigs, extensions and hairpieces for your clients.

It’s a simple process! To request a Wholesale Account, CLICK HERE, and fill out the Wholesale Program Application form.

Then fax a copy of your credentials to 949-863-1130. You may also email us a PDF attachment, to wholesale@voguewigs.com.

Wholesale applicants must have a valid Cosmetology License or Business Tax ID(EIN) number to be approved.

Once your Application form and credentials have been submitted, we will email you an approval letter within 1 business day. Please note that wholesale orders cannot be combined with any Voguewigs.com promotions, coupon codes, free shipping and price matches.
