Show Stopper Synthetic Lace Front Wig by Raquel Welch - $334.05
Love this wig!
I have this wig in cinnabar and it's gorgeous. The density is nice, very natural looking. My natural hair is coppery red and I blend the sides with the wig. The only negative I have is with the itchy cap. However, I am very new to wearing wigs, so it could be that I haven't adapted to the feeling yet. This is a very nice hair and it falls over my shoulders very naturally.
the light blonde colour
Love the straight but hate the frizzy ends, it drives me crazy, not quite 3 months..The hair is gorgeous, how do i get rid of the bad ends ??? HELP
Beautiful colour, had to get professionally cut.
frizzy ends, and i have the leave in conditioner and the spray on shine...How do i get rid of the frizzy ends?
Hi, I bought the wig in 30/27 and I love the color .She is very well made, not to heavy. I love everything about her. I love that she is heat friendly, that makes such a difference for me. All I can say is I'm very happy. I will be buying it again maybe in a different color for winter..Good luck to all.
She gets frizzy on the ends..
Really natural looking wig
If I wear a wig other than Show Stopper stranger's eyes immediately go UP to the top of my head. When I wear Show Stopper, their eyes never leave my own, they do not know I am wearing a wig with it's natural part and lace front.
Very natural looking
The length is a bit more difficult to take care of, requires more combing, but hangs very naturally.

I love Raquel wigs. I can count on them to be exactly as shown. This one came straight and I will need to give it some curl, The lace front and mono top add to the realism as does the feel of the hair. It is flattering on a woman in her 50s and has a softness about the face. I got the same colour as the model which is a rich brown. Will get another one.
Worth your money !
Ordered R11 - 25 , a great color, have others in R11S+ , a very close match. This wig is nice and thick, just the right amount of hair. Longer lasting than some of the others. Great quality. Had it Styled by my hairstylist twice. Went shorter recently. A little pricey, but this ones worth it.
This is the most realistic wig I've had so far, I got it on sale here for $220 and thats still too expensive compared to other synthetic wigs but its better then the human hair wigs I had custom made I even compared them side by side and I prefer this one. The cap is soooo comfortable and light. The density and hair texture mimicks caucasian hair. The hairline looks real and is thin doesn't look like road kill or a mop is lying on your head like most wigs lol. I took a picture sorry for the bad quality I used a cheap camera phone. I'm wearing it out with a beanie, I can wear it out without a beanie but since I'm still fairly new to wigs and a bit paranoid I will wear it with a beanie and see how it goes. I recently shaved off my hair because I kept constantly picking at dead skin on my scalp (ew). The only down side is I used the easi hair Jon Renau products like the styling gel and shine for synthetic hair but then the ends frayed up like they look fried or kinky like! so i rinsed the products off with cool water but still some pieces at the ends look fried and I did not use any heat on it nor did I blow dry it or use shampoo. My hair dresser is gonna trim the ends for me though because they are buggin me lol. But other then that I loved the hair style/layers and the color i got is 6/8 which is a beautiful medium brown with hightlights. Any color lighter then that to me looks fake. I am really picky with wigs and this is the best one I've ever tried on so far.
Thin density looks more real
I needed a change from my usual dark hair, so i ordered the show stopper in R829SS. The cut and color is amazing, i love the shadow shade effect and have received heaps of compliments when wearing it. I have only worn it straight at this stage but i am keen to try some hot rollers in it. I love the quality and comfort of Raquel Welch wigs and always find myself coming back to them. It is a nice flat style too, and not too full looking around the cap and lace front.
Worth the money
I have been through many wigs and this one has to be my absolute favorite. Also the most natural looking in my opinion. The only con I have found is that I have to agree with someone else post that the front looks like hair plugs. I have to do some adjustments everything I buy it, but it is worth it. I really hope that they figure out how to make the front look more natural especially considering the price of this wig.
Most comfortable wig i've worn yet
I've only recently had to wear wigs due to cancer/chemo related hair loss and this one is great so far I will add a picture later of the RL6-30 I purchased.
how do i know what size cap i am
You may measure your cap size by using a fabric tape measure and follow your hairline all around. You may also view our VogueWigs YouTube Channel (found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQIq2Ahh04E&feature=plcp&context=C3931120UDOEgsToPDskKMRdoz2WQq9_ueesBl-fC7) for detailed instructions.

I need to match the color of the Gabor Opulence GL 4-8, but it's hard to do online with the color swatches. What would be the appropriate color # for the showstopper?
There are couple shades similar to the color GL4-8 for this wig. The RL4/6 is called "Black Coffee"and it is a
Rich dark Brown or the the RL6/8 is called "Dark Chocolate" this is a Warm light Brown.

what is the max heat temp you can uson the wighs. What is the best styling tool
Show Stopper Synthetic Lace Front Wig by Raquel Welch is a TRU2LIFE fiber and is conditioned to withstand heat up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit/ 176 degrees Celsius.
You can use blow dryers, curling irons, and other thermal tools on a low setting. The recommended temperature for curling or straightening the fiber is 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

When Straightening the hair with a flat iron take a 1 inch section and starting at the roots, run the flat iron over the hair to the ends. Continue this procedure until all the hair is straightened to your liking.
When Curling the hair with a curling iron, take a 1 inch, thin section of hair and wrap around the barrel of the iron, holding for ten seconds. Carefully slide the curled fiber off the iron and while holding the warm curl in place, pin it with a clip until the fiber cools completely and the fiber sets.
Once the fiber is completely cool, remove the hair clips and style as desired.

Once the fiber has been straightened or curled it will hold that texture until it is either straightened or curled again.
