I also have Hair Affair's First Kiss, but I wanted to be able to switch out the curls for a straighter, natural look. This one is way less way than the picture (which I was happy about). It is not as thick as the First Kiss, BUT it has a very natural thickness to it. No one knows it's a wig and the skin top is VERY realistic. The only con is it sheds some, but after several weeks of owning it and wearing it, I haven't noticed any issues with it causing the actual wig to look thinner.
