No wonder they refuse to allow returns on sale items, it was nothing like the color I ordered, supposed to be real human hair, so I took it to a shop to have the color changed, it turned out a big horrible mess, had to throw it in the garbage where it belonged, expensive lesson learned, I will never order anything from this place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
