I have been wearing wigs for 30 years and the cap and lace front on this one is just perfect. It needed no trimming. It fits on my forehead like it was made just for me. The fibers are soft, not shiny at all. They feel like real hair. I also have the Heidi and the Gisele, but this one is fuller and softer than those. I got shaded peach, and it is gorgeous. This brand is so worth the money, no one can tell it's a wig.
