The hair is soft and the curls are bouncy, but it isn't what I expected. It was not at all like the photo in that the curls are no where near as tight and the hair is much longer. I was disappointed that the color was a lot darker than I expected. I ordered the blond color that is on the model but the color actually is much darker. It is a nice wig for sure and very comfortable, but just not what I thought I'd be getting.
