I don't have a whole lot to hide but my hair is nearly all white/grey. Wearing this cap helps to conceal any of those little grey hairs from poking out. It also seems to keep my wig in place better than when I don't wear the cap. The band blends nicely with my wig and for me (since I've got that white/grey hair along my hairline) this gives me confidence knowing that it doesn't look like I'm wearing a wig!
