I would say everything about this conditioner is average. I really have nothing to complain about but definitely nothing to rave over either. It does what it should, doesn't have a funky smell, and the price is right. Seems to work okay with my pieces and keeps them fairly soft. You don't need a lot to make it work so this bottle lasts awhile.
