it puts the bounce back in my wigs. I just use a cap full of the shampoo and fill the basin with cool water. I actually let my wigs sit for a few hours but the directions say just a few minutes its recommended to do 15 minutes. Then I proceed to rinse the wig under cool water pat dry them just a bit and use spray conditioner on them and all is good to go!
