Received this in 12FS8. PERFECT color. My hair is neutral light blonde with dark roots. 8 ashy on the blonde and 5A on the brown. Only issue was looked horrible with it facing the right way. turned it around and wala!! Perfect. Blends well with my bangs. Got stopped by the first 4 people that saw me 2 women and 2 men. The men called it gorgeous new do! It had to cut about inch off but still.
