Beautiful look & feel to fiber, but too much hair and too much perma-tease on top. I brought Vanessa to my stylist, as I usually do with new wigs. He tried shaping, adjusting layers, thinning the bangs - everything he always does to customize. In the end, however, the wig still looked like a hat plopped on my head. I don't know if it's just this style, or if it's related to being a heat defiant wig, but that synthetic hair had a mind of it's own. If you're looking for height & no wispy bangs you just might like this one. My hairdresser & I agreed she belonged back in the box and on a return plane home (or in this case, to our local American Cancer Society office) . This was my first experience with a heat-defiant smartlace wig. I'll give the heat defiant another try in a different style, and hope for a happier experience next time. The lace front was fine.
