I ordered a wig online to deal with hair loss due to chemotherapy, a tramatic enough experience. The wig took 6 days to arrive despite paying for overnight shipping. When it arrived it was not a wig but a hair piece, nothing like the photo online. By that time most of my hair was gone. After over a week of phone calls I have still not received the return shipping label that was supposed to be sent last week. Staff on phone are courteous, but there is no follow through! This has been a nightmare.
