Love the Wig...butReally love the style and look of this wig! When I received it from my hairdresser she styled it and I really liked it,,,but..... a wire appeared in the base of the neck area. It stuck out and hurt my neck. Called for help no response--even hairdresser called customer service but no help. Since I wear it daily I can't just send it to them to inspect. Now wig won't stay on --slightest movement and it is off! I think I received a VERY EXPENSIVE lemon and can't get anyone to help. It is really a lovely wig---just wish I had a good one. :(

Love the hairI love the hair, the color and how it looks on me. But I am having problems with the lace front. It is very irritating on my forehead skin. The edges of it seem to be rolling under and that is what is causing the irritation. I am hoping that this has happened before and you can give me a solution to solve this problem. This wig was very expensive and I would hate to have wasted the money on something that I wont be able to wear.

Nice style out of the boxI really like the style of this wig. I had another Raquel Welch human hair wig a few years ago that was a little longer which I really liked as well, but wanted something shorter this time around. I had a little trim to create some shorter bangs. This wig is a little bit heavy as the hair is thick. I really like that I can use a flat iron, curling iron, and blow dryer to change the style if I desire. I love the color, glazed mocha plus. I just wish I could get it to the original out of the box style.

Soft Focus RL30This wig is very nice, I still have not been able to get it to look exactly like the picture but you can roll it and wash it. It is very versatile. I think my next one will be one in the new spring line.
