Nice Top PieceI like that this is a monfilament top piece, hair quality is very good. I don't care for the poly front strip...you need to be careful when parting the bangs, or this shows thru. I purchased the Smoked Walnut to blend in with my graying hair. I also had this trimmed by my stylist to fit my current hairstyle.

TJ - Savannah GA:Pros:It is very light and natural looking and stays on quite well. I do add pins, however, just to be sure it's totally secure. I want to continue to wear this hairpiece (have been wearing one for many years to cover drastically thinning hair_ - so will purchase more to find ones that are made perfectly for my need hair issues.
Cons: I've purchased two of them and each one is different in terms of how the hair lays around the base - one puffed up unnaturally on one side and I'm concerned that it will separate and reveal my scalp. Too the look of the bangs was not consistent - one was very natural and the other was too wispy.Posted on

Too curly at firstThis hairpiece was old fashioned and too curly the first time I tried it on, and later I figured out to comb it all the way out, and now it looks very natural and it has lift and volume; now it is my favorite hairpiece. I wish it came in more highlighted colors.

Angel wing bangs are HEAVENLY!For fifty years (!) I have worn my hair in some type of updo – sleek yet bouffant in the 60s, more natural in the 70s, curlier in the 80s … etc. However, my hair has grown progressively thinner especially along the front hairline and I thought that I would have to abandon my upswept hair for a full wig. To that end, I bought and have been wearing several wigs (see Mattie and Fame for reviews). I do like these short style wigs and they work fine, but I still longed for my traditional hair-on-top-the-head look. Finally I decided to experiment with a topper; so I ordered Rachel Welch’s monofilament Lyric in my natural color R38 and discovered – to my delight – that I could create angel’s wings bangs which disguised my thinning hairline. Now I pin up my hair, attach the Lyric topper, blend the bangs into my own hair, and then add more fullness to the top and back with a claw clip of curls. When my husband saw this new upswept style, he swore he had flashbacks to when I was in my twenties and wore my bangs exactly like this! (Of course, since he’s seventy-two, both his eyesight and memory might be questioned – but not by me!)

Lyric hairpieceI LOVE this piece. I wear it anytime I leave the house and no one can tell it's not all my hair. The color R14-88 blends so well with my color that even my hairdresser couldn't tell I had it on. It makes me look younger and because there is more hair than I have, the color really brings out my blue eyes and fair skin. Did I say I LOVE it!!!

I give my new hairpiece a 5 stars, I love it! ThanksI'm wearing my hairpiece for the very 1st time and I really like it, I'm so glad that I chose this hairpiece. I'm sure that everyone that buys it will be very happy with it. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new hairpiece.
