A little disappointingHave purchased headband hair pieces before which were thick in hair and a good fit. But this one was extra large in the cap, creating bulky bump at the rear. I put small tucks into the cap either side at nape which 'fixed' the problem but tucked-up the back length to be shorter than it should be. The sides then needed to be cut to bring balance. The o/all effect however, is a tidy Bob style, which is pleasant and wearable. The headband is comfortable and the color as expected. I shall wear it, but would cautiously recommend it.

So natural and beautifulI purchased this item because it looks like my natural hair after a keratin treatment and a non humid day. Which in Florida is rare. It looks so natural that not even my husband could tell I was wearing a hairpiece. I love it!

My "GO TO" piece.My own hair is close to this length ... but stringy and straggly. "Smitten" to the rescue! Here's what I do: Rather than wear it conventionally, I pull up the elastic at the bottom (hair and all) and attach it underneath with tiny safety pins very close to the back "teeth" of the hard headband. This doubles the fullness and then I have a regular headband with beautiful hair attached. Since the color matches so perfectly, I slide it back to where the tips of the headband are behind my ears, then securely push it forward and this slightly "puffs" the top of my own hair that shows. It feels very secure and is truly a 5 second "fix" for beautiful hair. No one even suspects it's not my own. Thank you for a lovely, convenient piece.

Great Product!I've been cured of cancer for seven years now, but have never regained my full head of hair. In the past couple of weeks I received my hairpiece. I've waited to write my review because I wanted to see the reactions I had from other people. First off I chose this hairpiece because it is close to how I normally wear my hair, and the color is almost an exact match! It is very easy to put on. I've worn this to church a couple of times, a family party, and a work meeting. No one noticed a difference! It was great. The only person that really noticed was my husband, and my mother and sister. But it even took my mother and sister a few minutes to see the difference. The only issue I've had is that the headband is a little tight. And I think that's because I have such a small head. I've tried putting padding underneath which seems to work, but also makes it feel like it my fall off. It seems to feel better each time I wear it, so I'm hoping the pressure will recede with use. I would certainly recommend this to a friend if they can either get over or live with the head band. It could just be my head.

OW! My Head!I thought I would prefer the hard headband to a soft one on a headband wig because it would look more realistic - however the headband on this piece really hurts! I am currently trying to stretch it out on a large wigstand because after about 2 hours my head and neck were screaming. And I have a small head! The hair fiber is very pretty and realistic and the piece does look just like the picture. There is a "lump" in the back at the nape of the neck from where the hair at the nape "flips" over - it doesn't really detract from the look of the piece but it does feel weird. Also I felt like from certain angles you could tell it was a hairpiece as if the wig cap was showing. I don't know if that would really be an issue or if I was just being picky. I am a dark brunette and the color 4 is spot on. Also I have a bit of trouble concealing my hair at the nape because my real hair short and wants to poke out but after some work with the piece I got it all up in the wig cap and it stayed covered for the entire time I had it on. I think if the headband can be stretched out this will be a good unit - not something I would wear everyday like a longer one with a soft headband that I also own (easier to keep real hair concealed and much more comfortable) but it will still be worth the price if the headaches can be reduced.
