Surprisingly Light, But a Bit HotIf you're missing that feeling of long, boob-hugging hair, this is a good piece to invest in. This is my first time spending over $150 on a wig, but the quality on this one is excellent. The hair goes down to the middle of my back, but unlike cheap wigs, it doesn't make me feel like my forehead is being dragged backwards. I wore this for a full day lounging around on the floor and it didn't became overly tangled (though it did tangle slightly). The double mono part of the cap is soft and silky, and feels quite nice on.
The only downside to this wig, comfort-wise, is that it gets REALLY HOT. So this is a good wig for winter. However, it does not do well in the wind, in part because the fibers are so light, so they blow around everywhere. I'm a bit conflicted on this wig because it's easy to wear indoors, but as soon as you go outside or sit in the car, it seems to get messed up really quickly...
Another issue that I've noticed with Jon Renau wigs is that the ear tabs are very thick, which can make it hard to wear glasses with them. The caps generally tend to run large, but this one is more average (it's very elastic and conforms to your head, which is a plus!).
I think that Jon Renau wigs tend to look darker than I expect... I got this wig in 4/33 Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, thinking it would be a dark brown with a red shine in the light... I would say it's more of a blackish brown blended with subtle red, more of a "Cherry Cola" color than a dark chocolate brown. It's a little too dark for my very fair skin tone. I think that the dark color and the length makes it look a little bit scene/metal on me! (lol) If I were to do it again, I would get this wig in the model's shade, 6/33. The shade I got it in isn't ugly by any means, but it doesn't look particularly natural. I feel like people are able to tell that this is a wig.
In terms of looks, the layers are beautiful!!! They've got to be my favorite thing about this wig. They start about 2 or 3 inches below my chin and go softly down. The length reaches to about the middle of my back. There is a little bit of a "wiggy" bump at the top which I'm not overly fond of - some people might like that little bump of volume, but for me it seems too telling. You can also see a little bit of scalp at the top... it doesn't bother me too much but I feel that anyone standing over me would either be able to tell that it's a wig or wonder if I was losing my hair (check third picture). I'm just betting on no-one looking that closely! (lol)
Overall, I would say that I don't regret getting this wig. It has some issues, but I'm in LOVE with the style, the comfy cap, and the super-soft fibers. <3 <3 <3
The heat is an issue though, please be aware if you are thinking of purchasing this wig!!!Posted on

Oh the joy of long locks!I'm a newbie to the wig world, so my knowledge is limited and I don't have anything else to compare to (besides the 2nd wig I also just purchased) but I am in LOVE. I'm so excited to have super long hair and it even looks great with a hat. Very comfortable and so far no itching (nor do I feel hot which I have in the past with costume wigs) It will need to be thinned out at bit for the top is a bit bulky (may need more brushing too). I choose the color 33RH29 and it is one gorgeous color that matches my complexion perfectly. It does seem as if I'll have to carry around a brush with me to keep it from getting tangled (though I understand that is the norm for longer styles)

AmandaThis wig is must have for all long wig lovers. Mine is in 24BRH18, beautiful golden brown. I cut a fringe and style her with rollers and hot steam from my iron. I definately recommend her. Thank you Vogue Wigs!

Confident booster!I'm a 27 yr old with stage 2 breast cancer. Hair loss from chemo has been tragic! But thanks to this beautiful wig I can feel a little bit normal during this journey! The hair line is fantastic, great color and quality. I have a small head and this adjustable cap is great! The hair fullness in the front is a little much for me but nothing my hair dresser can't fix! Worth the $$!

Amanda - colour - 104F24BMy 2nd Jon Reneau (1st was Zara) and it is beautiful. The colour is just so real, a beautiful blond, exquisitely made and very comfortable. Although I had read it was thick and would need to be thinned, I do not find that to be the case. It is very realistic, has a comfortable weight to it and very healthy looking. It is far better looking than the picture shown. Jon Reneau is absolute tops and my favorite brand. The length is just right and frames the face. I am so glad the person I spoke to at Vogue Wigs gave the thumbs up on the colour and style. It just gets better with each wig I buy.

I LOVE THIS WIG!!!I LOVE THIS WIG SO MUCH! It is made with quality and durability, I have a one year old who pulls and drags it across the floor and in spite of this, it still looks new (and I have had Amanda for a couple of months now)! I feel so confident in this wig- no one has a clue I am wearing a wig. The mono top is amazing! I love the unique blend of colors (33r27f) it looks so real! Its not synthetically shiny and despite the fact that there is no lace front, it still looks as if its truly growing out of your head! I love this wig its lush and beautiful and doesn't tangle as easily as most wigs. The mono top is amazing gives this wig excellent versatility, and the hair is so easy to manipulate. The style is long and flattering, I have a few Jon Renau wigs in my collection- AMANDA IS THE BEST BY FAR!
