Had been looking for a style with just the right amount of curl and body, and this is it!! However, the synthetic hair is not soft and silky like other styles I own, and so it snarls when brushing or combing with a wide-tooth comb. Perhaps this is deliberate on the manufacturer's part so that customers will purchase new ones more frequently, but this is NOT an attractive or saleable feature, but rather discourages a customer from purchasing more of this style. This, to me, this is "reverse marketing." It would be better for the Henry Margu people to make this style out of a better quality hair fiber. I know I would keep reordering this forever if they did. However, I am going to purchase one more of this style as I have found no other style to compare to it. Also, I have brushed out the hair so that it is not as "curly" and now it is just soft waves and curl which looks fantastic and is great with my facial features. I trust Henry Margu will consider making this out of better quality hair fiber. I am hesitant to wash it as it may get more "dried-out" looking afterwards, but will wash it after I buy second one and we'll see what happens. The color I ordered is 27AH and I LOVE IT!! Cannot find this particular color anywhere else and wish I could in case I want to try other styles.
