Return / Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns on any items. Exchanges are not allowed on wig accessories, costume wigs, or clearance items.
We allow one exchange per item. Once you received your exchange, no further exchanges can be made.
Please note: Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. Please read the policy below in its entirety before sending any hair pieces back to us.
- For all exchanges, re-stocking fee of 20% of purchase amount (discount coupon codes excluded) will be charged. In addition, standard shipping charges for the exchanged piece to be mailed out to the customer will be charged.
- Exchanges must be of equal or greater value
- Exchanges will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by a voguewigs representative. Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be made with in 5 business days from receipt of order via e-mail at

- We must receive return merchandise within 10 business days after RMA# has been issued. Exceptions for international and APO orders; please inquire at time of request for RMA#. Return freight charges are prepaid by customer. Collect shipments will be refused.
- Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition and packaging including tags. We cannot accept items that are not in original factory condition. By California Law and Health Restrictions, we cannot resell any used hair items, that have been worn or handled. The return item must have the original hairnet, labels and tags still attached and undamaged. Items must not have been worn or opened. Do not mark packaging, tape or attach anything.
