Angel wing bangs are HEAVENLY!

For fifty years (!) I have worn my hair in some type of updo sleek yet bouffant in the 60s, more natural in the 70s, curlier in the 80s etc. However, my hair has grown progressively thinner especially along the front hairline and I thought that I would have to abandon my upswept hair for a full wig. To that end, I bought and have been wearing several wigs (see Mattie and Fame for reviews). I do like these short style wigs and they work fine, but I still longed for my traditional hair-on-top-the-head look. Finally I decided to experiment with a topper; so I ordered Rachel Welchs monofilament Lyric in my natural color R38 and discovered to my delight that I could create angels wings bangs which disguised my thinning hairline. Now I pin up my hair, attach the Lyric topper, blend the bangs into my own hair, and then add more fullness to the top and back with a claw clip of curls. When my husband saw this new upswept style, he swore he had flashbacks to when I was in my twenties and wore my bangs exactly like this! (Of course, since hes seventy-two, both his eyesight and memory might be questioned but not by me!)
Pros:
Almost everything: it's light, easy to style, and creates the illusion of real hair. All good!
Cons:
Small clips do not function well for attachment but bobby pins work well so no problem.

It is actually what you see. No surprises. I had ordered several different types and had to return them They just didn't work for me. This is perfect for my needs. Comfortable and stylish;

I LOVE this piece. I wear it anytime I leave the house and no one can tell it's not all my hair. The color R14-88 blends so well with my color that even my hairdresser couldn't tell I had it on. It makes me look younger and because there is more hair than I have, the color really brings out my blue eyes and fair skin. Did I say I LOVE it!!!
Pros:
looks natural, matches my hair, no one can tell. Looks like I just came from the Salon except the salon never looked this well.
Cons:
I find I have to add a couple of bobby pins to secure it as clips don't usually get it tight enough.

I'm wearing my hairpiece for the very 1st time and I really like it, I'm so glad that I chose this hairpiece. I'm sure that everyone that buys it will be very happy with it. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new hairpiece.

I bought this hair piece in a retail shop. I love it. This adds volumne and hides thinning hair from view. I get stopped in the stores and asked who does your hair. This piece is easy to take care of and easy to but in your own natural hair. I have two of them and I will order another in a few week.
