I wear this every day. I have my hairdresser cut it to the length of my hair. Why have thin, flat hair?! I look many years younger because this gives me some height on top..critical to looking good as you age. I use wig spray to create some texture. You have a lot of options with this. You can pull the whole thing up into a pony tail, too, if your own hair cooperates.

i love this top piece, i have been buying cheap wigs and cutting the back off and making my own top piece, but i found this, my stylist colored my hair to match the honey blond and she put bangs one front, i absolutely love the realism of the piece!!!!

My hair is thining due to an autoimune disorder. As I have long hair, and the thinning is worst on the top of my head, this piece has saved me from needing a full wig for now. You can see from the picture I've trimmed the bangs. I wash it every couple of weeks, and have been using this one for about 10 months 2-3 days a week. It is starting to get a little frizzy at the ends, but that is to be expected with the age. Smoothing serum and careful care when washing and setting to dry help. Color is ginger brown

I bought the espresso long top piece and got it cut and feathered to match my own style. So far nobody has figured it out and I have received several compliments. I have seen the puzzled look on some of my friends faces when they saw a full head of hair all of a sudden. I just told them I had my hair permed and styled! It has certainly boosted my self confidence and I am not constantly thinking about my hair any more!

I suffer from hereditary alopecia and this is my first hair piece. I'm Asian and I bought the Espresso color. It blends very well with my own hair in the back. I'm getting married next year and want to look my prettiest on the big day. This is a good trial run. My fiance thought I looked really cute!

Not sure if this is the exact same as the Monofilament Long TP #752 but I have been wearing that one for several years and no one knows. I just have my hairstylist blend it with my natural hair. Due to meds or menopause, the hair on the crown of my head has been getting progressively thinner. This piece has been a lifesaver. It took 10 years off of me as soon as I tried it on. I am 53 yrs. old. Absolutely love it! Cons: Be very careful around extreme heat like the oven or BBQ as it will frizz it but even so, I just take the scissors and clip those few frizzies out and it lasts even longer. It's so full that snipping a few out won't make a difference. I would highly recommend this piece or the #752 which has the natural looking scalp to it (breathes and looks natural). This site has the best prices that I have found so far.

I am 40 and my hair has been thinning for over 10 years. I have used concealers but its getting hard to make my hair look ok with them.
