Giving this wig a one star is an understatement. This wig is horribly put together even after getting it professionally cut this wig still did not look right. The part is way over to the side and the front part of the wig is so thick. There is little hairs that stick up every where on the top. The picture looks amazing but when you get the wig it looks nothing like the picture does. Greatly disappointed. I spent the money and my daughter never did wear it

Overall I have to say I LOVE this wig - in spite of the permatease hairs that do stick up in the part area. It's there to give the wig a nice lift at the crown that creates a beautiful shape to the straight hair - without that the layers would not fall so perfectly straight past the shoulders and the front long layers would not frame the face the way they do. That said - the short hairs at the crown, primarily in the part, do NOT look real and if you're around someone who knows wigs or is seriously interested in your scalp then yes they are going to notice. If I were choosing a wig to wear every day as my own hair, then no I would not pick this one because of the parting area. But I wear wigs when I want a change and even though i was concerned about the permatease at first but every time I want a long straight style I gravitate towards this wig & get tons of compliments - even people who know it's a wig say the little hairs don't matter & that this wig is GORGEOUS. I will take the weird short hairs to get the shape of this wig because it makes the layers look perfect and that is what people notice.

I love the wig style and hair texture but i should have listened to the other reviews. There are too many little hairs at the top of the wig which takes away from the realistic look of the wig. Darn! I so much wanted the wig to work. I don't understand why the wig needs those little hairs. I still wear the wig because I really like the style and it would be perfect except for those darn hairs. I’ve bought less expensive wigs that did not have those hairs.

i bought this wig as i have alopecia all over my head. i love the style and colour (coffee latte) and it looks so nice on but when you look up close at the top it looks fake and frizzy, i guess from a distance its nice.

I have lost a lot of hair lately. It has been a huge hit to my self esteem. After a lot of debating I decided to try a wig. I believe I picked the best one. This wig is beautiful. The feel of it could almost pass for real hair. Looks natural. It is not too thick and is very comfortable!

This is a beautiful cut wig.. but its too small for my head..
the manufacture made it too small..
it got too much hair. dont look like the model hair at all..
this is my 1srt tine buying wig on line. and its a dissater.

I bought this wig in Mochaccino, and I am very satisfied with it! I have 3 so far, and this is my absolute favorite. I also think there are too many little course hairs at the top of the wig, which actually makes for a slightly unrealistic close-up view, but overall, I'm very pleased.

It's lightweight and gorgeous, and has a very realistic feel.

The style, color, and hair itself was perfect for what I was looking for in a wig. BUT, the top of the wig looked fake. There was small, coarse hairs sticking up. Other than that, the wig would have been perfect!

I have Alopecia Universalis and have done for 2 years now, I have had many wigs and have never been truly happy with any I have had......untill now. The Laine Wig from Rene of Paris is the nicest and most realistic wig I have had. So natural looking and very much like my own hair was. Thank you so much.
