Good for us older gals too!!

    April 29, 2015

I usually wore my hair like this in my 20's to 40's but went shorter as I got older........until now! I get many compliments!! Even the people who know I wear wigs are stumped because I pull my own hair forward in front then sweep it off to the side so they see a very natural hairline exposed. I also always sew four clips in my wigs to really feel secure. The color is almond rocka R and blends fine with my lighter hair that is pulled out in front. Yes, as most wigs do, the tangling can be a pain but its manageable.

    Pros

Comfortable, classic....easy to dress up or down with it.

    Cons

    Tangles

    Lovely!

The photo on the vogue website does not do this wig justice! I ordered this in chocolate frost. It's a gorgeous color with flattering highlights. I have a big head so I extended the tabs as much as possible, stll tight but wearable. Nice length and soft. The first few wearings I had to bat away the front pieces which kept falling in front of my eyes, but that issue resolved like magic after about 7 wearings. There's a nice YouTube review of this wig if you search for "Jackson wig review."

    Pros

Chocolate frost color is great, good length, stylish cut

    Cons

Too small on my big head

This wig is longer than I thought and longer than this picture shows. BUT...I really like it. I got Carmel Toffey, which is close to my hair color. It looks sexy, but I do get frustrated with a section in the front that keeps falling over my eyes. Still working on this. Overall, I like it and my Husband loves it!

    Butter Pecan-R Quality fibers

    March 03, 2015

This is my 3rd. I have mochochinoR, maple sugarR and now Butter Pecan R. I like this one the most. Mochochino is a neutral light brown with a few blonde highlights, maple sugar is medium dark brown with nice blond highlights. Butter Pecan is a blend of medium and dark blondes and shades of brown. I trimmed some shorter bangs into mine. I steamed the poofy crown down a little. (Be careful not to steam the hair around the perma tease down - it will look very unnatural) The perma tease gives it a somewhat natural look for a wig with no monofilament. To detangle all my wigs, I saturate the ends with a mixture of half and half water and leave in conditioner then use a curling iron on low heat. Then I wash them and let them dry and spray detangler by the nape and on the ends on before wearing them

    Pros

Nice amount of hair. Nice color. Price is good. I wear this to work and special occassions. I wear monofilament wigs for activities....walking, exercising, etc. Love the rooted colors. I can tape it on using the fabric top and remove using 91% rubbing alc

    Cons

If the wind blows, the hairline doesn't look very natural.

This is a great natural looking wig. It even has smaller hairs at the ear so you can tuck it behind ears & still looks like your own. This style suits myface very well too. I got this in nutmeg -r & I love that it has darker roots . My new favorite wig.

    Lots of hair!

    October 02, 2014

I love the Noriko line and love the Jackson wig, in particular. Not too long for everyday wear but gives you a lot of layers to play with. This wig is easy and fun. I have just started wearing wigs in the past month and keep my thinning biohair cut short. I wore this wig to the office the other day and out to lunch and got so many compliments and looks. It was great! Mine is a ginger brown and just beautiful.

    Pros

    Lots of body, great length

    Love the volume!

    September 19, 2014

Love this style! Noriko is a great quality brand. I had bangs trimmed into the style. The price is great. I prefer all mono caps but can't seem to get the volume I want with mono caps. Any suggestions? I sleep in my wigs and condition them and style them often (at least once a week). If done properly, I have found Noriko wigs hold up very well for a long period of time. In this pic, I am wearing Mochachinno R (rooted) It's a longer version of the Reese which I also love. After about 8 months of rotating 3 of these, I ended up trimming to shoulder length to help them last longer. Worked out great. I have had them for 2 years and still wear them.

    Pros

    Quality, volume, price

    Cons

Wish I could get this volume on a full mono or mono top cap

Q.
Elizabeth asked:

I ordered the Nutmeg and it is gorgeous. It DOES have roots, which is totally what I wanted. However, it is very difficult to tell from the color swatches above which have roots and I was only able to tell Nutmeg had roots from one of the customer pictures submitted. I would like to order another color as well. I am only interested in rooted or gradient colors as I feel this makes wigs look so much more natural looking. What blondes that are offered in this wig have gradient or rooted colors? Thanks!

A.
Hair Gurus: Hello.
Thank you for your question. I only found one blonde gradient color would be Champagne.
Q.
Elizabeth asked:

I am planning on ordering two more of these. How can you tell which colors are the gradient and/or rooted ones?

A.
Hair Gurus: Almond-Spice, Champagne, Cinnamon-Spice, Creamy-Toast, Mocha-H, Nutmeg-H, Nutmeg-F, Raisin-Plum, Glazed-Raisin-H, Sandalwood-H, and Terracotta-H are all the gradient colors.
Q.
amy asked:

I see nutmeg r is out of stock...how long before its available
Thank you Amy

A.
Hair Gurus: Hello Amy,

We have been given an estimated time of 6/27/2014 from the manufacturer for when Nutmeg-R will be available.
Q.
AH asked:

Can you tell me what the rooted colors are in the Jackson?

A.
Hair Gurus: The hybrant roots or the "Rooted" colors are as follows: Almond spice, Butter Pecan, Chocolate Frost, Creamy Toffee, Irish-Spice, Mochaccino, Razberry- Ice, Auburn Sugar, Champagne, Copper-Glaze, Ice-Mocha, Maple Sugar, and Nutmeg.
Q.
wanda fortune asked:

I want to know what color Penny from Rolling Meadows, Il is wearing? She doesn't list what color her wig is but she is rocking it and I want that same color plz respond want to purchase asap! Wanda

A.
Hair Gurus: We don't have that answer, and cannot give you an accurate answer.
Q.
melissa piazza asked:

What is your darkest shade of brown before it becomes black?

A.
Hair Gurus: The Rene of Paris line labels their colors slightly differently than other product lines do. In this line, the color Expresso is considered to be their "black" and the second darkest shade after that would be the Cappucino.
Q.
Cindy Batterman asked:

Please tell me what color wig your model in this picture above is wearing for the Jackson Synthetic Wig? How do you care for them also? How long would it take to ship to my area?

A.
Hair Gurus: The color is Java-Frost
Q.
Kylie asked:

Hi, what is cap style of this wig? is it mono on top? or is the part set where it is?

A.
Hair Gurus: This piece is made with a traditional cap. It is not monofilament. The part is set where it is.
Q.
sherry asked:

Are you able to use heat on this wig?

A.
Hair Gurus: The item Jackson is a synthetic item and you can unfortunately not place heat on this product due to the plastic fiber.
