Very disappointing

I received this wig yesterday and I am very disappointed. It is supposed to be the human hair equivalent of the synthetic Charli wig, which I have and like. However, the hair on this wig is very thin and flat. It is supposed to be dark brown frosted with medium auburn, but it is all one dull fake-looking light auburn color--no frosting at all. I am sending it back for an exchange.
