It's nice to find a filler piece in gray that doesn't have an old-ladyish bun style. However, the 51C "Pewter" shade is more like platinum, and does have a hint of blue in the color. So back we go to the blue-hair-brigade look. Nicely constructed, though. Expect I'll get a lot of use from it with hats, as another reviewer suggests, as a little shade thrown on the color can only help. Would suggest that you try a little darker than usual if buying gray.

My hair piece is great. I bought the first one in Texas at 1st Monday sale. I bought a black peaked hat (baseball type) and I sewed it to the hat. Now when I need to get a quick fix, I just put the hat on and WALA, I'm good to go. I looked at the label and that is how I found the same thing. So now I have 2 and I can put it on other hats.

This little hairpiece is exactly as described -- even the color was true! I have very limp, very fine hair, and very thin hair. When it is humid, I HATE the way I look. This will allow me to pull my hair back and still look as though I intended to wear it up!! That is something I just don't have enough hair to actually do. I used it on a trip to Hawaii and was very satisfied with the way it traveled and stayed on.

I am a mousy brownish-blonde who highlights my hair several times a year. I chose 24-14C and after shaking it out (it's darker looking packaged!) found it IDENTICAL to my own hair (and, I am an artist with a highly skilled eye to color difference, frankly). This was an excellent, reasonably priced purchase.

After a lot of internet homework, I decided upon this small hairpiece to fill out my skimpy, non-existant ponytail. It has exceeded my expectations! It is not 'overdone' or unnatural looking.....I hate a 'fake' look. When it is in place I cannot tell which is my real hair and which is hairpiece. NO one suspects - but I get lots of compliments. It clips in SO easily (even when you're putting it in behind your head and cannot see what you're doing!) and believe me, it stays all day until bedtime, even in high winds! Price was not a factor for me so I am blown away by how inexpensive and believable this was. I cannot remember the color I purchased...(my natural hair is a mousy brownish blonde that I have highlighted lightly ) and I chose the hairpiece that looked like a highlighted blonde, that is, one that, upon closer inspection, has several colors mixed in. ) This was a wonderful purchase which I am wildly happy about! Don't hesitate. And, get it out of it's packaging and fluff it out before you decide it might be too dark; it makes a huge difference.

I got this piece in colourn L10, which is a perfect match for my hair. My hair looks a lot like the model pic from the side, thinner, but the density of my hair and the piece match well. It gives just a little bit more oomph when I wear a low updo. I like the curl in this piece, it's not too tight and looks naturally messy. I like how the clips attach the piece securely and how it can be clipped right on the updo of your own hair. This piece is also one of those pieces that you can clip on and off without messing your hair up. It's totally acceptable to show your friends - if you want to.

It is going to take some practice to do it just right, or plan to get the gal that cuts my hair give me a hand.
