I have lots of wigs and lots of Raquel Welch wigs. I saw this one had some bad reviews but got it anyway and I have to say it looks really natural on me. I am convinced that "natural looking" is enhanced by getting a rooted color. I had someone tell me it was time to color my hair! I go to this one over and over again because even with more expensive wigs than this one, this is the wig I can go all day and not have any pressure points. I totally forget that it is on. The comfort is tops. And with the rooted color, I thought the fancy crown was exquisite.
Pros:
Supremely comfortable I forget it is on at all!
Cons:
I guess a little longer would be really pretty, but I'm not complaining a lot.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Shorter than shown

This wig is far smaller and shorter than the picture shows. The bangs are shorter and the sides barely come under my ears. Ordered the color shown and it is a bit orangey. I think in a different color it might look better, but it is still too short for me.
Pros:
The actual fit of wig is good but the style is far shorter than implied by picture.

Unnatural

I was really disappointed with this, my first, Raquel Welch wig. It just does not compare with my previous Jon Reneau buys.
The colour of the wig was perfect and it shook out well, but when I put it on, it looked so unnatural - you could see that it was a wig without a doubt. Where the hair formed a crown, it looked as if it had been stitched in a circle and pulled together. The hair also looked unnaturally shiny.

Because you can see a tight area around the crown, it sounds like the cap might be too small. Please make sure that the average cap in our Raquel Welch line is the right fit for your measurements if you decide to purchase more of her line in the future.

Favorite wig

I have a couple different wigs and a handful of extensions, but this wig is my favorite! It just looks so real and the color is so natural I wouldn't know the difference had I not bought the wig myself. Because I live in a tropical climate I prefer wearing extensions to wigs, but this one is so light and the cap breathes so well I have no problem wearing it on warmer days and nights.

i received this as a gift due to my current state of hair loss. i've never worn a wig prior to my condition, but this one is more comfortable than i thought wigs would be.

the color is very natural and the style is so similar to the hairstyle i used to have. i'm so happy to have received this. If i ever need another one, i'm definitely getting it here

firstly, i have to say i love raquel welch wigs. the colors are fabulous and so realistic. the texture of the hair fibers is also great quality. i have the exact wig shown. the best part about this wig is that it can be tucked behind your ears if you want. i usually only do one side. the wig itself is nice and light (like all raquel welch wigs). if you like this style, you won't be disappointed!
