Glad I tried it - have looked for something like this for ages. Nice soft casual style - hate tight curls for us older gals.

I love the Fortune Wig style and fit; however, it is very inconsistent. I have purchased at least 5 Fortune wigs and each one was different. The one before my latest purchase was awesome. It had bounce, wave and a little curl but not too much and it held for several months. This latest purchase was a huge disappointment. The wig went straight after one washing and it looks horrible. I am very displeased and it is unfortunate that there is not something that can be done about this. If you purchase clothing and it falls apart after washing or fades, etc. you can usually return it.
Pros:I love the color and length. Easy to trim to whatever length you want. Very, very comfortable.
Cons:Goes flat and straight.

I am very happy with the Fortune Wig by Eva Gabor. I have been ordering this style for quite a few years and
it suits me very well. It is just the right length for me and, also, the right fit.
Pros:I like the shade and the fit. It is easy to style.
Cons:Nothing.

I ordered G60. Looks real. Feels good. Can wear it several different ways. All you have to do is play with it !! I love it !! I ordered more because it's that good !! A very nice wig !!

This is the second 'Fortune' wig I have purchased. The last was only 4 months ago, but having two means there's always a clean one ready to go. It would be better if wigs of the same maker and style were created equally, but they are not. I have been wearing wigs for years, and in the days of going to wig shops, I would try on many of the same color, style, and maker, before finding one I found to be acceptable, due to the inequity in production.
Pros:The feel of the 'hair' on Fortune is wonderful.......it feels like real hair and blows like real hair. The style is easy to keep as long as a good spray is used, and can be styled to be worn with formal attire as well as jeans. It's best as a shake and go!
Cons:The cap doesn't feel as secure as most of the wigs I have worn. I found it really requires at least one piece of two sided tape at the front hairline, and even then there is still slippage. The bendable wire on either side of the ears isn't as long as some, and there too the feeling of insecurity looms. Although I love the hair and the style, Gabor wigs have no body or lift of their own, making it necessary to spray, dry, style, spray, dry, style, to get enough body. I have wigs from other makers where no spray is necessary, and although I do like many of the Gabor styles, the flatness of the hair without spray remains a drawback.

Eva Gabor's Fortune is a marvellous product. It is very soft and does not feel like a synthetic one at all. I found it to be a very good fit and extremely comfortable to wear. The style is flattering and frames the face perfectly. The colour, always a worry when buying on the internet, is perfect for me. I would have no problems in recommending it to anyone looking for a really great wig.
Pros:It is an easy to wear wig and always looks good.
Style brushes out well every time and has a lovely curl.

I was somewhat disappointed in the wig length. I thought based on the photo that it would be longer than it actually is. The color I ordered i #12 and it is beautiful. The wig fit great, but the length is an issue.

I have had two of this particular style of wig and am about to order another 2. It is an easy style to wear, constantly looks good and needs very little "maintenance".
Pros:very easy to wear.
Cons:tends to pull up at the back, a bit, but that could be the shape of my head!

I had cancer, lost much of my hair, and turned to Eva Gabor. I love the "Fortune" G29+, and it is the only wig I wear. It goes with my red-headed complexion, and most people think it is my own hair. It's the best for me.

My wig arrived yesterday. and as soon as I put it on my spirits lifted I am a young at heart glamourus 60 year old . I had recently been on medication and this had affected my hair making it limp and lifeless. I LOVE this wig and I only wish I could buy myself 2 more as spares.itis so light I don't know I am wearing it and neither does anyone else My friends are telling me they love my new haircut and how glam I look. What more can you ask for!!!! I hope they stay at this price for a while so that I can get some more soon. Get one girls and feel like a new woman.
