My hair is straight, very short and has a ton of layers. I can barely get a hair tie around it at this point. I want to grow my hair some and it looks just terrible while it is growing out. I dye my hair with Revlon ColorSilk light ash brown (because I'm terribly gray). My hair always dyes darker than the color on the box, which is why I use light brown. I ordered this "scrunchie" in 10B (which says "medium brown" on the product when you receive it) and it really does match perfectly. The hair might be just a slight bit shinier than my real hair. Anyway, I pull my very short hair back. There is no way to wrap this around, because there is really no ponytail, just a tiny nub of hair. I used 4 bobbins just to pin it around my tiny hair nob and it drastically improves my appearance. There is no way I would need two of these. One is plenty of hair. The picture was taken in the mirror with an iPhone, so it is not a great picture, but you can get the idea from it.

Good item give a lady like look and is very light does'nt pull your head down.

Hairpieces elastic band is very thick. I always pin it in my hair so it won't fall off, and its hard to do with the band so thick.

not what i was expecting. elastic is too thick to double twist. useless

i purchased the big twist on sale to put on our kiosk in the mall. i do hair extensions. i have them because they are a great way to give my customers an up do for special occations without haveing to spend time and money in the salon. they can be prom ready in a few minutes and have an extra $50 to spend on shoes. i bought 6 different colors and they blend easily with most hair colors. the price is reasonable since a synthetic piece will not last as long as a human hair piece so i feel its also a good value. add a few glitzy hair accessories and its beautiful.

The look, the feel, the color are all perfect for me. I will be wearing this hair piece to my daughter's wedding. It is a really nice hair piece that I will wear on a regular basis.

i think would be a good hairpiece if you can get the right color. My hair is short and I use a clip over my tiny ponytail and then just put the hairpiece over the clip. my hair is a little frizzier than the hairpiece so the smooth hair also looks fake on me.

Love it....got two but if you have long or thick hair may not need. I pull up hair (long,very straight) in a fat bun then throw it on! That's it! No fuss, no muss...Stupid easy!!!

Just love this hairpiece as it is quick and easy to use. Just put hair up in pony tail, it only takes enought hair to catch in the elastic band, then place hairpiece over the ponytail. You can add a bobbie pin or two to hold it on tighter if hair is fine and short.

I HAVE WORN THE REVLON BIG TWIST FOR MANY YEARS! I LOVE IT, JUST PUT MY HAIR IN A BUN AND SLIP ONE OR TWO OF THESE PIECES OVER AND IT LOOKS LIKE I HAD MY HAIR DONE! SO EASY AFFORDABLE AND EASY TO CARE FOR! I ORDERED SIX OF THEM AND ROTATE TWO OF THEM FOR A LONG TIME...IT ADDS TO THE EXTRA HAIR I WISH I HAD!
