The hair is soft but style is not my fav. Not that it is bad just kind of plain looking. The only thing I didn't like was again color is to dark for being a #4 med dark brown. Looks more like a soft black. The wig was also very bulky. I did do some thinning on it which did help. But I am not in love with this wig. I will wear it until it wears out but I don't think I would buy another. This is not a bad wig by any means. It is just my taste. Someone else may fall in love with it. But for me I like a wig to have a light flare to it sass something that makes it have a light edge to it. I guess my fav is shag looks. But this one seems plain. I gave it a 4 star because of bulk and being a plain style to it.

Soft hair comfortable cap
Cons:
Color 4 looks to dark more like soft black Too bulky kind of plain looking. I will recommend only because my dislikes are my personal taste. Not the quality of the wig.
