Nice Wig

Overall this is a nice representation of hair styles of the 1700's. The fit was good but I have an average sized head, It may be too tight on others but it can be tighten for smaller heads. The one negative I had was that it was easy to see my darker hair through the wig. I did have to purchase a cap to hide the darkness and this worked fine. It was comfortable for over 9 hours and breathed well.

I am a costume designer from Chicago/Evanston, IL, and I purchased this for a recent production set in the early 1700's. The price was perfect (similar to other sites/finds), the color options were perfect, and the style and fit were exactly what I needed to add the finishing to touch to the character. Styling and washing have not been a problem. I always trust Lacey brand wigs, and will continue to buy from Voguewigs. I highly recommend this wig as a quick, good synthetic option for all your early American/period needs!
