    Very happy with Codi

    April 10, 2015

I'm very happy with my purchase of Codi. It looks just like the picture. As a monofilament it has the quality I'm looking for. It was in good shape when I got it. not much fluffing or trimming needed. I've also gotten lots of compliments on the change in styles.

    Love monofilament tops

    November 17, 2014

This wig is a very cute style, but it is very straight. The front length is below my chin, which is good for my square face. It is angles to a longer front. The color I chose is Auburn Sugar, a medium brown with blond and red highlights. I would say more blond than red. I love the monofilament top, I wish all wigs had them. Can wear this one right out of the box, no styling needed. I did trim the bangs a little, not hard to do.

    Super cute realistic short cut

    October 14, 2014

It took me a little while to warm up to this cute little wig because I have been wearing styles with a lot more body lately and have gotten used to them. This wig, with its double mono top is very realistic and flattering. I am going to play with it a little, use some synthetic friendly spray gel to play up the style. The fibers are very fine and soft, maybe just a little too shiny (I ordered this in expresso - a super dark brown/off black), but I have a Renau wig wand and that always does the trick. I kind of wish I had gotten a highlighted color to bring out the texture a bit more. Oh, and I love the length of the bangs, which could be trimmed to wear straight across but come long enough to be swept to the side, which is what I prefer.

    Pros

Double-mono top looks great, beautiful soft fibers, really adorable cut

    Cons

A little shiny by a Renau wig wand will solve that

    So cute, too tight :(

    October 10, 2014

Codi was the very first wig that I tried on five years ago. I remember I didn't like it because I thought it was too tight and the non-rooted blonde (spring honey) washed me out. But when I saw that they came out in rooted blondes, I decided I was going to try it again. When I got it, it was so cute! I just loved it! It was still tight but I was going to make it work! While the wig was a wet, I stretched it over a Styrofoam head with a hat on it several times. It was still tight. I watched a video on how to make wig caps larger. I bought one half inch wide black braided elastic from Joanne fabrics and sewed in a 1/2 inch long piece into the elastic on both sides. I couldn't believe that it was still uncomfortable after that. For whatever reason, all Amore wigs are always so tight and uncomfortable behind my left ear. Comfort is really important to me, so unfortunately I can't wear this one. My head is not that big either - 21".

    Pros

So cute, rooted creamy toffe is amazing

    Cons

    Just too tight!

    Way better than expected

The hair texture is very nice, and the weight/thickness of the hair of it is realistic. Great value for your money, better than some very expensive HH wigs.

    Pros

Lightweight, comfortable, cut cut/style, realistic, fashionable

    Cons

The auburn sugar was on back order so I ended up getting iced mocha, the color is nice but not as realistic as I'd like. Definitely will wear AND I like this so much I may get one in another color.

    Mochachino codi

    July 10, 2014

I am not happy with any other wig. This is the most affordable, comfortable, beautiful wig out there. I have been wearing it for five years as I have alopecia . I receive compliments daily and women often ask me where I get my hair cut and colored! I wear the mochachino one.

Love it! Just a few things though...

    March 30, 2014

I loved this wig...until I left it in the box in my car while I was at a conference and it ended up with kinks in the hair from the way it was laying in the box. DARN! I hadn't thought about the car getting that hot!! My only other complaint is that the size was a little tight on my head, even with the tabs adjusted - the tabs didn't seem to make any difference. And I was totally bald while wearing this because of chemo so if you have hair underneath this wig it would be even tighter. But maybe I just have a huge head. I got compliments on my hair all the time when wearing this wig. One lady at work told me that I looked even better than I did before I got cancer. (Gee, thanks?) One lady in the elevator said "How is your hair so straight on a humid day like this?!?" (Let me tell you why...because it's a wig!!) I got the maple-sugar color and really, really loved it. I'll upload photos... I hope my hair can look like this someday when it's long enough again!

    Pros

    Gorgeous color, super stylish cut

    Cons

    Tight

Just got this today and have been playing around with it...beautiful color in Iced Mocha. Beautiful cut and just perfect highlights! I want to get this wig in Chocolate Frost and Razberry Ice as well. I cn honestly say that my photo doesn't do the wig justice.

    Pros

    everything!

    Cons

I do wish it had a lace front as well!

Love the texture, but I'm not a fan of the hairline. I wish it had more of a side part. Also not sure how convincing the monofilament top is.
