The Bump Up the Volume Hairpiece by hairdo was inspired by Ken Paves and created for Jessica Simpson. This 21-inch clip in hairpiece is unique as it allows you to have voluminous, full hair in an instant and will blend with your own natural hair. The extension hairpiece has a half-circle base with five moldable wires and four pressure-sensitive clips to help create a lift and add volume simply by pushing up on the piece. Each of the color selections are made from a blend of seven to twelve shades to get the most believable, natural-looking results. To apply it, all you need to do is separate your own hair, clip in the extensions and then adjust the height of the hairpiece.

Made with their newest Tru2Life Heat Friendly fiber these hairpieces feel and styles just like your own hair! Tru2Life is conditioned to withstand heat up to 350 Farenheit / 160 Celsius. This is a very lightweight, lovely-textured, natural-looking clip-in extension that perfectly earns its name. The wire framing inside the piece really does structure a great bump, adds volume and fullness, and isn't at all heavy. The synthetic hair looks and feels beautiful. If you're looking for a quick and easy way to add some volume at the crown without tons of teasing and heaps of hairspray - this is it!

Cons:
Styling is a little difficult - I recommend if you're going to curl the hair, find a way to do it OFF your head, not on as it recommends

This piece has gorgeous color and stays in well. I have purchased other hairdo items and am always satisfied. Looks natural and blends with hair so well!

I got the 14/16 color and it was lighter than the photo. Other than that It is a flirty fun sexy peice. The ends have the most blonde. The color is more of a nuetral color so if you have any warmer tones like reds do not get this color.

I'm a serial hair dyer - blonde brunette and red all this year, I have "bumps" that match all three colors perfectly. They blend so well that my bf and mom can't tell when they are in or out.
Pros:
looks great, suuuuper easy to use
Cons:
The weight of it gives me headaches, maybe I'm just a wimp. And do NOT try to heat style it, the packaging says you can but it doesn't work very well and the heat changes the texture of the hair.

I love the fact that its so easy to put on because it's just one piece. The cons aren't THAT big of a deal, but could be a deal breaker for some. Overall it looks great and I can't see where it is on my head when I put it on. The net is big but that depends on how high you place it on your head. Also, I've tried to straighten the ends so that its somewhat as straight as my hair and the hair seems to burn easily... so I don't think it's as heat friendly as it says.

Some of things I didn't like about the products are after wearing the extensive for a couple of hours, I find it uncomfortable. I DON'T like how it curls out too much, because I have really straight hair. Besides that, it looks wonderful, stays secure on my head, and looks undetectable.

Exactly what I was looking for

I have medium length hair which is thick but the strands themselves are fine. I have trouble keeping volume at the crown of my head. I purchased the styleables version of this extension and at frist was very disappointed. The hair would not curl at all. I then watched a "how to" video on line and found out that to best curt heat resistant synthetic hair you should first wet the hair then curl on low heat. I tried this and got exactly the effect I wanted. I can wear my hair down, curly or straigt and this extension also can be styled into a pony without being detected. Note that heat styling can only be done on the "styleables" version of the Hairdo. extensions. I get a lot of wear out of this and would highly recommend.

Very glamorous look

I followed the advice of Courtney and first put in my 25" straight long Hair do in as normal, and then added this bump up piece higher up. The result is VERY glamorous! If you want to have that extra glamour look for going out, use the two together. Looks actually very natural as well with the different layers and fullness. The hair quality is very nice, soft and silky, love it.

For starters i thought this was a whole extension piece which i was dissapointed when i found out it wasn't. It's just a little piece that attaches above the crown to help with a "BUMP". Although that was a dissapointment, i played around with it and my other HairDo extensions and made it work for me. I put on my full head piece extenxsions..then placed this piece on top about and inch higher. This added a bump and also made my hair look much more layered and beautifuly cut. HairDo, you should really create a whole head piece out of this "True to life" material though! I would deffinately buy it! Great feel!
