I got this wig over a year ago and it was one of my first human hair wigs. I have many so don't wear this one but a week a month or so. I learned quickly you have to use the good quality shampoo & conditioners and argon oil conditioning treatments to have the hair look it's best. This is not Remy hair either, but it's good hair.
You should not use heat curling if you want it to last. Gentle sponge rods or sponge rollers have worked well for me. And then a little argon oil for protection. The previous review really made me sad as this is an expensive piece and I know I have to save up for the ones I get. I hate to be disappointed. I do hope it can be colored for her. My color 3HH was really a nice brunette, with a slight auburn.
This cut is great, and when you curl it loosely it's just beautiful. I get so many compliments on this wig and it really makes me feel normal. I hope she doesn't give up. I would like more hair in the lace front, I'm going to cut some bangs in mine now that it's getting thinner.
I have a small head so I stitched tucks in the side elastic pieces and tucked them into the holes where the elastic comes out. This works very well for me and is comfortable for caps that are more 'average' like this one. Please see my review of JR Jennifer. These 2 are very similar.
Pros:Versitile cut, Nice color 3HH
Hand-tied caps are the most comfortable for me.
Cons:Front lace hair is too thin for my taste.
