Berlin Synthetic Wiglet by Noriko - $105.00
What an improvement!
64 years old and have suffered with thin hair my whole life. In the last three years it became a real problem. I searched wig sites for three weeks and found thru Vogue Wigs what I thought was the most realistic piece for me. I was feeling pretty desperate and nervous about having a "new" look. Well, what a surprise I had when I received my Berlin in nutmeg F. I had it trimmed and layered a bit and headed out. OMG - the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Dozens and dozens of friends and acquaintances told me how good/young/even hot I look. Everyone was super supportive. As others have said, I should have done it several years ago. I LOVE the Berlin and wear it several different ways as I exercise daily and need to keep it out of my eyes. I have been told I look from 10 to 20 years younger!
The darkened roots really make the piece look realistic.
Nutmeg F is getting harder to find!
I feel like a woman agin...
Just received my Berlin Wiglet in the mail...I'm new at this and this is my first Wiglet. I was so nervous because for once in a very long time I wanted something that made me feel pretty..I locked myself in the bathroom and in just minutes I had it on. I stood there for several minutes and stared at myself I look at least 10 years younger...I have to say I sat on the toilet and cried like baby..I should have done this along time ago...I'm only 44 and I have suffered with my hair for at least 7 years. All I can say is thank you for the very special day..and for the many other special days ahead of me with my new hair...
The length was perfect..the color was perfect..the style was perfect..the feel of the hair is perfect..
Love this piece
I wear this piece every day to work and most of the time when I go out. It looks very natural and gives extra fullness to my own hair.
Comfortable to wear. Color (toasted brown) has several shades of brown in it, so it blends well with my own hair.
I wish it were available with a little bit of gray in it. I'm 61 and can't have dark hair forever!
Everyone was fooled!
This wiglet is the perfect answer for my thinning hair that was taking much too long to "arrange" everyday before I could go out. I now can get ready in very little time and my hair always looks great. I constantly get comments on how good I look and how much younger I look. Chocolate brown matched my hair perfectly and it is undetectable to most people where my wiglet ends and my hair begins. Love this one!
Easy to style, easy to care for (wash, etc). I have been cutting my own hair for years and I did have the first wiglet I bought styled by a professional, but since then I have styled my own very successfully. Color I purchased (chocolate brown) blends with
Really cute right out of the box!
Really cute right out of the box. Not too much hair. No one noticed it was a wiglet until I told them.
Too much hair
The ladies who included their photos with Berlin look fabulous! But I am disappointed with Berlin. There is just too much hair. It looks like a "helmet" when I wear it. Even if I have it thinned out, the outer hair is still going to maintain that rounded "I'm a wig look." I've tried several things to flatten it out some, but it always springs right back to the big hair. I have even tried using the large diameter brush hot air blower and that works great until I lift the wig off of the styrofoam head. It just springs right back. By the way, that blower works great on synthetic wigs without any damage. Also, the online photo of Berlin has darkened roots. The one I received (a gold blond) does not. Not having the darkened roots also makes it look more like a wig. I don't expect perfection on a hair piece, I just want it to look somewhat natural. Any ideas out there on what I can do? I would appreciate anyone's advice. email@example.com
One in a Million!
I have searched for a hairpiece like this for a long time. It is much more comfortable than a wig and it is not overloaded with hair. I love it and I am thrilled. I do wish they would offer a lighter brown than marble brown, which is the one I have. Thanks for a great experience. Jennifer
bangs and front
Not enough hair in the back, still looking for a topper that has enough in the back. Have hair loss all over and most topper have more hair in front and very little in back of head.
Worth waiting for
This is my second Berlin wiglet by Noriko. My color is Toasted Brown, which is a perfect match to my own color. For a few months Vogue had the shade back ordered, so when the color came in I ordered my second one right away. I love the comfort and quality, and to be able to clip it in and go is especially nice in our summer heat. I have Frontal Fibrosing Alapecia, so I have no hair in the front to clip on to. My answer to that problem was to purchase your toupee tape, just a small piece holds it very secure, now. My own hair is long, so I pull it back in a low Barrett, or twist my hair up in back for a more sophisticated look. I have purchased several Noriko Wigs in Toasted Brown, also.
The cool comfortable feeling, like I'm not even wearing a hair piece
There was not much choice in colors and so I got Harvest Gold.It was a little darker than what I preferred but I am keeping it as its so easy to use and surprised it covered my whole hear. So all I need to do is put it on and press combs closed and out the door I go. I hope you will get more colors in again..
Easy to use.
Not many colors to choose from.
How many clip in combs does this piece have?

Is the Berlin a wig or a hairpiece? Does it offer full coverage or do you blend your own hair with it?
This is a wiglet, so it is a hairpiece that you place on the top your head. You will need to use your own hair to blend around the front, back and sides. This is not a pull through piece so you do not need to blend the top.

Can I get this piece with the dark roots? I think you call it "Hybrant Root Colors".

Can this piece be styled using hair dryer and round brush to give the bangs a slight curl off the forehead so as not to lay flat against forehead or is the heat a problem for this synthetic piece?
Most synthetic wigs cannot be used with hot styling tools, and therefore we advise against it. However, your synthetic wig can be styled by using a wig brush, a wig comb, or your fingertips. Avoid using a brush designed for human hair. These brushes can create excessive tension, over-stretching the hair with abrasive strokes that may damage the hair. The wigs we carry are “shake & wear†and can be styled by simply using a wide tooth comb or your fingertips. The best styling tool is the most inexpensive; a spray bottle of clean, cool water. Lightly spritz your wig with water to remove static electricity and return your wig to its original look.

What is the base construction? Is it open weave, fabric, monofilament or some a combination? Can it be parted?
Hello Carol,

This wig is going to be open wefted with fabric. There is no monofilament or lace front features. Meaning you can not change the part of this wig.

Would this wiglet be good for a petite head? Since a hairpiece is so hard to match, is there a place in the Chicago area/suburbs that may carry this item? Also, how long are the strands.
This wiglet measures at Front to Back 10.75", Side to Side 9.75", Fringe 5.5", Crown 5", Nape 4.25". You can use the measurements to see how this would fit around your head. I have also provided a link with all of our petite items.

http://search.voguewigs.com/search?keywords=petite
