I have very short spiky auburn hair (at least that's the color I've been using the past 15 years!) that has actually turned completely snowy white (like my mother and grandmother before her) within the past 12 years. And yes, I've still been coloring. I will be 56 in October and decided this summer to start growing out my white......but what to do with those unsightly roots during the process??? A wig! I ordered the Moore Synthetic Wig by Vivica Fox, went to my hair stylist, had her cut MY hair extremely short, then put on my new wig and had her trim it up a bit to fit me and my face. It looks A.MA.ZING! It was a little hard for me to get used to it, just because the style is so sassy and it looks so good (and I know it's not MY hair) but NO ONE has guessed it was a wig. My friends are even telling me that I should grow my white hair out into the same style as the wig. LOVE IT!

Love the cut and style of this wig. Elegant. Angles cut with one side longer than the other. Very comfortable...finger combed after a shake out of the box. I ordered the color that listed as on the model. In sunlight the auburn highlights show and are beautiful...they do not show up as well indoors. I may order another in a lighter color as well.

Its a beautiful piece. Loving the cut and style. I especially like that it parts on the right side where as most of the wigs part on the left side. Parting the hair on the left side doesn't look goo with my features.

This was my very first wig. I've lost a great deal of hair due to a medical condition, so I reluctantly decided to order a wig. This was such a pleasant surprise! I put on a cap, shook out the wig, and put it on. I was amazed that it looked almost exactly like the model. I never even styled or brushed it. A few finger lifts every once in awhile, and it just looks great. VERY sassy looking. My kids love it, and think it looks very natural looking. Mine is in Color 2. Now I know that I'm going to have to get it in the color that the model is wearing as well. I can understand why so many of you end up with so many wigs! This one is stunning!!

This wig fits beautiful, even though it is a little too large for my head. The stretch cap is wonderfully comfortable and very cool. However, the color came in very dark, more like the color 4, even though it said it was the one shown in the photo, which is 4-something with auburn highlights. I wonder if it was marked wrong, because there were no auburn highlights! I agree with the other reviewer that I must have a smaller head and the sides come much lower than shown in the photo. I think if I had trimmed it a bit, it would have been fine for me, but a friend of mine has a niece who has lost most of her hair, has no money for wigs, so I decided to give it to her since the color was too dark for my complexion. However, if I could be assured I could get this wig in the right color, I would order another one! I like the colors of my other Vogue Wig, Millie by Noriko, which both are in a nice dark brown, one with red highlights and the other with golden highlights. I ordered this hairpiece some time ago and I didn't want to review it right away. Now that some time has passed and I've washed it couple times, I can give a true review. IT'S FANTASTIC! After washings, it really looks "natural" and not "wiggy." Even though its "old" now, I still get compliments from women and stares from the men. I look as sassy as Vivica does in the picture. When it gets dull or after washing, I use oil sheen spray on it and strangers do not know its a wig and I don't tell them.

As a non-African American woman with fine, flat hair I wasn't sure if a wig designed with an eye to the African American market would be a good match for my hair type. As a woman in my 40's, I also wanted something current but not too crazy. Am I glad I gave this a try! It is just beautiful. I put it on and looked like I just walked out of the salon. Mine was perfect right out of the box. The style is more assymetrical than it looks in the picture. The left side actually hits just at or below the chin, while the right is above the jawline. It's definitely an up-to-date style but not too faddish. My husband loves it! The color I chose was FS30247. It has a medium/dark brown base with slightly reddish, caramel highlights (not orange). The only thing I don't love about it is that the cap size is a little too big. However, my hair is super short and fine and I don't have a very big head so it would probably be a good fit for others. I can't believe how little this wig costs in comparison to some of the others I've purchased! I will definitely be buying another one in a darker shade and wouldn't hesitate to buy another Vivica Fox product (she is so elegant and beautiful, and this wig makes my slobby self feel just a little more like that!). HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you are looking for something professional and polished that will still look great for date night, this one is for you. :)

I bought color #2 and had it less than a week now. Because it is synthetic, I had to cornstarch the hair initially to cut the shine and make it more African- American- like. Then I razor cut the edges to fine tune the style to make it look like me. This wig is beautiful!! It has layers where you need/ want them to be. I recommend this wig for anyone who looks good in short hair. I'm one to switch my wigs out day to day habitually. You never see me with the same hair two days in a row. I'm so excited about how good this hair looks, I know I'll be wearing this every day; well at least most days out of the year. This is a keeper.
