Super cute, even works for girls with fine hair and small heads (read: me). Stays on just great, and my husband thinks it's adorable! Can be used with a multitude of styles. I got 16-22-25, and I normally wear a 24b613 to a 25 color.
Pros:

Works with fine hair
Lots of style options
Cons:
Have to leave hair down in the back or cover it with something or the attachment band shows.
